He arrived right within the expected time window and apologized for coming toward the end of it, which was very considerate. We even got to chat about animals, and he made friends with one of our cats, who took an instant liking to him! We bought our unit from Clear Air and have continued to purchase their extended warranty for several years. We were especially grateful for them last month when our AC went out over a summer weekend while we were out of the country. My elderly mother was staying at our house to pet-sit and was understandably worried, but Clear Air responded in just a couple of hours. It turned out to just be a thermostat issue, but their rapid response in the heat of the summer gave my mom total peace of mind. Highly recommend!

He also went over the maintenance annually with me. I have used this company before and had a good experience. Of course no one likes when there HVAC is working right, but the service helped with the situation.

By 7pm our HVAC unit was back up and running. The costs were fair and not outrageous. I have already recommended Clear Air to my daughter. We will call them again for all our future needs. Also, the young lady on the phone making the appointment was super friendly and professional too!
