  Charged me 1000.00 for shipping when they drop shipped from the other side of my own town and then when the order was wrong told me I could order again and pay another 1000.00 for 2 metal profiles to be shipped. The actual manufacturer ended up and allowed me to pick it up locally. These people are worthless.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Best Materials LLC. The customer service was lacking in every aspect of the process. I initially purchased an item based on a recommendation from one of their sales representatives, but it turned out to be the wrong product. When I reached out for clarification, another salesperson advised me to purchase the same item again, which I did—only to find that it still did not fit or meet my needs. When I attempted to resolve the issue and request a return, I was met with resistance and a lack of support. Instead of taking responsibility or working toward a solution, the process became unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend doing business with this company. NOW I AM STUCK WITH OVER $800 IN CRAPPY MERCHANDISE.

  I was surprised at the rating. I have found them to be informative and responsive. I have bought stuff from them for a few years now. I have lots of projects that have require some of their products. I will continue to purchase stuff from them.

  I should have read the reviews before buying. I sent back a huge order and they got it, I know because I have the tracking number. But they still haven’t refunded me. I won’t be buying from them again!
