  I recently called AZ Perfect Comfort—the company that originally installed my AC unit—because it stopped working. The technician claimed the issue was related to a white thermostat wire. When the AC failed again a week later, I called them back, but they couldn't send anyone until the following day. Instead, I called another company, which arrived within 30 minutes and identified that the actual issue was a faulty thermostat. They confirmed the "white wire" AZ Perfect Comfort had pointed to wasn't even connected to anything. I am relieved I didn't pay AZ Perfect Comfort $240 to "fix" a non-existent problem. When I requested a refund for their $99.95 diagnostic fee, they refused, so I have disputed the charge with my bank. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

  In a state where it feels like the devil continually blows air in your face 3 months out the year. I thank this AC Company SO MUCH for their quick response and service this evening… Our technician, Garret was pleasant, knowledgeable, accommodating and super nice! He answered all of our questions and went out and got the job done. This is the company you want servicing your AC, repairing your AC and making sure your AC is running the most efficient way it can for these hot summer months!! Wanted to make sure to get this review in before the day’s end and also my gratitude for handling our repair so we can continue to enjoy our evening and the rest of our weekend in our home safely and cooled down. Now if you will excuse me I will go and put my ice packs back in the freeze that I have been sitting on for a couple hours now 🥶

  After receiving an outrageous $9,000+ estimate from a large HVAC company that misdiagnosed my system, I called AZ Perfect Comfort for a second opinion, and I am so glad I did. From start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful. The woman in the office who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was so amazing, kind, and helpful. The technician, Caleb, came out and accurately diagnosed the issue - which turned out to be completely different from what the other company claimed - and repaired it quickly for $440. Caleb took the time to explain everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand, with zero high-pressure sales tactics or salesman vibes. Just pure honesty, professionalism, and expertise. It is so refreshing to find a locally owned business you can truly trust. If you want honest work, fair pricing, and fantastic customer service, call AZ Perfect Comfort!

  I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort! We had our AC break during 113 degree heat in July and they were able to get a tech out the same evening. Garrett was very nice and informative. He got on the roof, immediately diagnosed the issue, informed us, then got to work. It took him under an hour. The dispatcher is also very nice and sympathetic. Before this, we had AZ Perfect Comfort come out to do a seal duct job and that tech was also very nice and informative. Every point of contact with them has been a breeze. We're planning to stick with AZ Perfect Comfort for all of our HVAC needs moving forward.
