We were fortunate enough to work with Hunter Griggs and his team for our total upstairs flooring remodel. We previously had varying carpet throughout the upstairs and foyer stairs that was quite dated. Hunter came out for a free consultation within 1-2 days of us expressing interest. He was able to take measurements the same day and get a feel for our needs and design style. He returned within the week with a number of perfectly matched samples that fit our vision! Within the very next week after, he had a phenomenal crew out to start on our project! The crew was so kind and courteous, communicated well and kept us in the loop throughout every step of the install. They all shook our hands upon start and finish. Super friendly guys. They arrived on time each day and worked meticulously! They cleaned up after themselves consistently and were done in two days flat! The work is flawless. Looks like it would take several weeks. We’ve LOVED our new look and durable floors. We are so grateful that we found such a reliable, meticulous, and fast working company! We had never previously had our floors done out of concern for how extensive the project would be, but this experience is one that we are so happy to share! We couldn’t have asked for more!

We worked with Hunter from the Indian school and the 51 location for wood flooring install. He was absolutely incredible to work with. There were several moving parts to our renovation, he was a great communicator, adaptable, and problem solved with us in the field. His installation team was amazing, really high-quality of work and very efficient. We are so in love with our new wood floors! Highly highly recommend!

At first the gentleman helping was very attentive but it would have been nice to give us some space while we were looking instead of hovering. He did let us take a sample to a possible home that we were looking at which was nice. When I dropped off the samples no one was directly at the front desk so I dropped them off and walked to my car. A very tall gentleman stopped me from backing out and aggressively asked what my last name was, who was helping me and if anything worked. It was very intrusive and borderline scary as a single female. I understand that the sales people are payed off commission and he made it very clear to me, but they need to work on respecting guests personal space and having a nice demeanor when talking to them.
