Mario arrived on time, was polite, efficient, and clean. Joined the Club and saved some $! RO filters changed and tankless hot water system flushed.

He was very friendly and got right down to business. It was very difficult for him to reach the area where the faucet was but he did persevere and finished his work in a timely manner. Overall I definitely give him a thumbs up 👍

This was, without question, one of the most unprofessional service experiences I’ve ever had. We hired this company to fix our A/C because we had guests coming to our house the next day for our sons 1 year old birthday party. Given that we live in Arizona, and there was going to be serveral children at our house, the situation needed to be handled quickly. They came by. They assured us it was repaired and left. Less than 24 hours later, the A/C failed again. While they were at our home, they tried to sell us an expensive coil, telling us it was simply a preventative measure for the future. Since we had just been told our A/C was fixed, we declined the upsell. The next day, when their repair failed, we called them and got an operator in the Philippines. The conversation completely changed. Suddenly it was, “We told you to buy the coils.” As if we were being punished for not buying their upsell. Imagine going to a mechanic and for your transmission to get fixed and they try and sell you tires as a preventative maintenance. You decline, and when the transmission fails the next day they blame you for not buying the tires. We were told they couldn’t come back because they were “booked.” I told them this isn't a new appointment we're trying to book. We're trying to get you to FINISH the job. We were also reminded that we weren’t maintenance members, as if paying for another program somehow excuses a repair that didn’t even last a full day. The entire experience left us feeling like customer service depends on how many extras you buy, not whether the company actually fixed what you hired them to fix. The manager, Curtis, somehow made things even worse. Instead of apologizing or finding a solution, he told us to leave a bad review if that’s how we felt. He made us feel like we were an inconvenience to him. So here's the review. If you’re looking for a company that stands behind its work, takes responsibility when something goes wrong, and treats customers with professionalism and respect, keep looking. If you’re okay with failed repairs, excuses, sales pitches, and management that responds with a "we don't want to be bothered" attitude instead of accountability, you’ve found the right place. I think the worst part about all of this is my wife let them know, we have several babies and children coming over for our sons first birthday. We most likely have to cancel it. Imagine knowing our situation, that we are supposed to have several babies over the next day and thinking "nah, too much of a hassle to come back and FINISH THE JOB." This seems like a fly by night operation. The entire experience felt amateurish and disorganized. Like just kids running the show.
