  Daniel did a great job. He showed up right on time, was friendly and easy to talk to, and worked efficiently. He also took the time to explain how my reverse osmosis system works and gave me some great tips to improve its performance and keep it running well. I really appreciated that he wasn’t just focused on the service call. He made sure I understood my system. I’d really recommend Daniel for anyone needing help on an RO System.

  Jorge was great, friendly, and walked through the job he did. Pricing was very reasonable, and much lower than quotes I received from another valley company. I reached out as a new customer over the weekend to have a pressure regulator valve installed and they were able to come that next Tuesday. Overall great experience working with American Home Water and Air

  I have been a real estate agent here in the valley for 22 years. I have a few contractors that I know and trust. I recently started to work with American Home water and Air and thought they did an exceptional job. They have a lot of integrity and truly seem to care about their quality of work. I was extremely impressed with the HVAC technician, Amber Fitzpatrick. She did a wonderful job and explained what she was doing better than any other technician I've ever worked with in my 22 years of the industry. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

  Exceptional Service from American Home Water & Air After a frustrating experience trying to find qualified service for my Ecoer HVAC system, American Home Water & Air was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I called, their team was professional, responsive, and able to schedule a same-day appointment, which is incredibly important during the Arizona summer. What really set them apart was their expertise with Ecoer equipment. Unlike other companies I contacted, American Home Water & Air is an authorized Ecoer reseller and service provider, giving me confidence that my system was being evaluated by someone who actually understands the product. A special thank you to Amber, who was outstanding throughout the entire visit. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and took the time to explain what she was seeing and answer my questions. It was immediately clear that she understood the equipment and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. One of my biggest concerns was preserving the extended warranty coverage that came with my system. American Home Water & Air was able to assist with transferring my extended warranty coverage from the original contractor, which provided tremendous peace of mind and demonstrated their commitment to supporting their customers long after the sale. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines technical expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, and customer advocacy. American Home Water & Air exceeded my expectations in every area.
