- SPShirley Paul2 days ago5.0Working with Kent was a breeze. Building a shed, long distance, from California, seems daunting, but Kent made it work seamlessly. This is my third Tuff Shed purchase and the previous two were OK, but the attention from sales person, left much to be desired. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and advising when needed, was a refreshing change from other recent remodel sources.

- JSJ SAug 1, 20265.0Prior to working with Kent at Peoria Tuff Shed, I had talked to Gorilla Shed/Costco and Tuff Shed through Home Depot. I wanted a larger shed, which I found out required a permit from the city (neither Costco nor Home Depot informed me of that). I would have been lost trying to figure everything out on my own. I accidentally called Tuff Shed Peoria while trying to get in touch with the Tuff Shed Home Depot rep. My lucky day! Kent has made my life so much easier! He explained everything so thoroughly, was not high pressure at all, even pointed out several ways I could save money. In addition, they have someone who handles the permitting process with the city, they coordinate pouring a concrete pad if necessary, and on and on. It took me a few months to move forward with the purchase after the first time I spoke with Kent. He would reach out occasionally to let me know he was there if I had any questions, but he let me move at my own pace. I wholeheartedly recommend Kent at Tuff Shed Peoria!
