  We received a referral for your company from a family member. Austin was absolutely incredible! Could not of ask for a better person! He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable and was able to help us with “what we thought”.. was an impossible plumbing job!   I use Reddi services and Chris Shuck any chance I get… not that I want to have to call for service but for plumbing and ac , water heater, water softener, you name it they do it! They charge a flat rate even for emergency calls and put it towards your balance if they repair. They are friendly and always fast and speedy! I would recommend them 10x over!

  Thank you so much for your professionalism, urgency and clarification. Austin Fry performed the most effective and minimally invasive repair to our waterline. We had damage to our drywall, flooring and baseboards because our builder stapled the waterline. This caused damage over time. Austin quickly located the problem and triple checked his work to ease our concerns. Because of Austin, we now feel secure in having any future plumbing issues resolved! We highly recommend Austin and will request his services in the future.

  Brent and Marco were awesome. My shower knob thing busted off the wall this morning. After work I called to get some help repairing it, and 20 minutes later, Brent was 15 minutes out. We loved the fact that they sent a picture of who we would be meeting. Super chill dude, totally understanding about the fact that we wanted to put our dogs up before they entered. I greeted Brent by saying, “This should be a pretty simple call”, it was not. Brent stuck it out and even called in reinforcements, enter Marco. After finishing the job, Brent insisted on wiping down the floors. As he headed out he made sure to explain the work that was completed. This experience has been the best maintenance repair experience I’ve ever had, and I will be using them first whenever I need service.
