  Marcos communication with me throughout two different waterheater jobs, that I had on the same day, at two different locations, was excelente. He handled both jobs with total professionalism and was able to complete both installs for me without me having to be present. That was an enormous help and I would hire him again anytime.

  Very professional service. I would highly recommend Reddi Services. Alex the service professional came out to repair my air conditioner at my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He arrived right on time and was friendly and easy to talk to from the moment he walked in. Throughout the repair, he carried himself in a completely professional manner and he clearly what he was doing and got the job done efficiently. It's rare to find someone who checks all the boxes: punctual, personable, and professional. Alex absolutely did. I highly recommend!

  Super fast response to my request, offered to send tech sooner that appointment window, and arrived at my home in the first hour of the window. I am glad I had to wait however as Matt Hurlburt was an amazing individual! Knowledgable, considerate, did the little things that can prevent a future call! And he did not mind this homeowner trailing behind and asking all the questions. Outstanding service -Again- and meets or beats the high standard set on my previous experience with Reddi. Thank you Matt!

  Chris did an amazing job. Yesterday I had Parker and Sons come out to repair my A/C. The guy barely spoke to me, quaoted me $1350 to repair, started, after 45 mins quit and then he said he couldn't do it, only charging me $89. Chris from Reddi came out said he could repair and clean my A/C, quoted me a much lower price and completed the work. He was friendly, honest, great sense of humor and gave me instructions to keep my A/C Running until I'm able to buy one from them in a few years. Reddi Services has a new customer Thank You

  I requested an estimate for a Toilet installation from Reddi Services recently. The estimate was free and the technician came out the same day as my call. I received advance notice of when the technician was on his way and a picture of who to expect. Very prompt service and Excellent communication from Reddi Services to the customer. The service specialist who arrived (Pepe Munoz) was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He provided some useful suggestions, and I receive a written estimate, exactly what I requested. The estimate was reasonable and I plan move ahead with the toilet installation by Reddi Services. I highly recommend the customer service, and follow-up from Reddi Services and their employee.
