  Chase and Kit with Plumbing Masters could not have given us a better experience with our plumbing needs. Communication was outstanding and clear and concise work on our appliances. I will also note the utmost professionalism displayed on behalf of Chase! Helped us understand in more detail of how to make our appliances more effective and never once price gouged or tried to seep something we didn’t need. His work was a clear indication of how he treats his work and his customers! Just superb work from Chase and wonderful communication from the Plumbing Masters team. Could not have a better experience with a company.

  Amazing! I would give more stars if possible. This was a sudden, emergency call due to water everywhere upstairs and flooding into bottom floor. From initial call for urgent help to all fixed along with preventive identical fix with other two toilet and repair to outside shut off - just two hours! Levi was super nice, explained everything thoroughly and noticed a non-emergency fix that we need in near future(which we plan to do soon). He was respectful of property and tolerated our loud barking dogs the whole time. We will definitely be repeat customers. 😊

  Chad came out to unclog our downstairs kids’ bathroom. We’ve had nightmare situations in the past with baby wipes, so while this may not seem like a big deal, it really is. He was personable and efficient—got the job done and really seemed like he cared. I plan on calling Plumbing Masters back for any future plumbing needs.

  Had a last minute need for a replacement of one of the water valves in the bathroom. Ezra reached out to me within ten minutes, scheduled me and was super nice and understanding. Levi came out and was very friendly and professional, informative and thorough. He was in and out in no time! I trust Levi and his work, and want him to be the guy helping us out moving forward. Plumbing Masters is top notch!
