  Abaraham, the technician from Master Plumbing was so polite and efficient. We also addressed an additional mater and he extended his time to get that job done as well. I highly recommend Master Plumbing and hopefully you will get Abaraham as your Tech. Excellent, Excellent. Very well done.

  Abraham was fantastic!!!! Plumbing Masters sent him out within an hour of my call. Emergency hot water pipe leak. He knew right where to go find the problem and excellent repair!! Courteous and clear with cost estimate!! Highly recommend their company and he is FANTASTIC!!!

  Outstanding Sewer Line Replacement! I recently had my entire house sewer line replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the job done by Plumbing Masters. From start to finish, they were true professionals who made a big, disruptive project feel smooth and stress free. The pricing was fair and accurate, with a clear quote upfront and zeros surprises. They delivered exactly what was promised, no hidden fees or add-ons. Communication was clear at all times; they kept me informed about the schedule, progress, and any details I needed to know. What really stood out was how exceptionally neat and clean they kept the job site. They cleaned up at the end of every single day and had exceptional dust control, which is rare in a project like this. My yard and house stayed as tidy as possible throughout. The crew-Chad, Rafael, Saul and Vinny were all friendly, respectful, and top-notch professionals. They worked efficiently, answered questions patiently, and clearly took pride in their work. You could tell they know their craft inside and out. 10/10. Highly recommend Plumbing Masters. They turned what could have been a nightmare into a great experience. Thank you, guys!   Avoid Plumbing Masters – Overpriced and UnprofessionalI am beyond disappointed with the service provided by Plumbing Masters. For the premium price they charge, I expected a professional experience, but instead, I dealt with poor communication, didn't show up when scheduled & minimal reporting. I was told by their dispatch that they would be there the first time between 12:00 and 5:00, called them back and asked when the tech would be there and they said between 4:00 and 4:30 the second time, the third phone call was from the tech and he told me at 4:45 in the afternoon that he wouldn't be there for another hour and 45 minutes. I was also told I would receive the report first thing the very next day and at the end of the day only received a one paragraph report that did not have pictures or video. I called the company again to find out where the video of the sewer scope was? Paying $560 for a paragraph, I could have written myself without video evidence of their findings is rediculous. Trying to get an update has been an exercise in futility due to their abysmal communication, bad time management, and poorly documented sewer scope inspection.
