  I called this company to ask a couple of simple questions before deciding whether to hire them. I wanted to clarify their accepted payment methods and, most importantly, whether the initial consultation is free or if there is a service charge. Unfortunately, I found the answers very confusing. I was initially told it was $229 for the first hour and $175 per hour after that, but then I was also told that the consultation might be free depending on the situation. Since I wanted to understand the cost before scheduling someone to come out, I asked again for clarification. I was then asked whether I knew what my electrical issue was. I explained that I didn’t, which is why I was calling for a consultation. When I asked whether there would be a charge if they came out and didn’t find an electrical issue, the representative laughed and said, “Well, if you didn’t have an issue, you wouldn’t call.” I understand that electrical issues can be difficult to diagnose, but I felt my questions were very straightforward and reasonable. As a customer, I believe it’s important to be able to clearly understand potential costs and what to expect before agreeing to a service. The tone and attitude during the conversation also left me uncomfortable. I thanked her for her time, ended the call, and decided to contact another company. Clear communication and a respectful attitude go a long way when a customer is simply trying to understand the service before hiring someone.

  My az electrical is reliable and very professional. I highly recommend these guys. I’d give them 10+ stars if Google had them.

  My AZ Electrician is my go to company for all electrical projects for six years now. The electricians are highly skilled and their work is impeccable. Jonathan did a superb job on my last project. Overall, their customer service is excellent. Any time that you call you are connected promptly to a live person, Dawn, not AI. She schedules the appointment with you then sends you the contact info of the electrician coming out to assess the scope of the work requested.. Then a quote estimate will be provided. Pricing is reasonable and the work is completed on time. Honestly I’ve had such good experiences with this company I need not look anywhere else. Highly recommend.

  Justin was on time, friendly, professional, & gave us options for some of our repairs. Everything took a little longer than he initially anticipated, but he made sure he completed the whole job rather than having to reschedule. He & his assistant cleaned up their work areas & managed their time well. Highly recommend both Justin & the company for their communication regarding appointments, reminders, technician arrival notifications, etc.
