  5 STARS is honestly not enough for LEE'S AIR - PLUMBING - HEATING and especially for Adam Klein. Our AC went out during Memorial Day weekend, and what could have turned into a terrible experience became one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thursday night, I panic-called LEE'S AIR after hours and left a voicemail because the office was already closed. By 7 AM Friday morning, their office staff was already calling me back and making every effort to get someone out the same day. Adam Klein came Friday and spent about two hours trying to get our system running again. He explained everything clearly and honestly. He was able to temporarily get the AC working again, but he told me upfront that there was a part that needed replacement and that because it was Friday night going into Memorial Day weekend, the earliest parts availability would probably be Tuesday morning. He did not hide anything or give false promises. Complete honesty and transparency. Thankfully, the AC held long enough for us to sleep comfortably Friday night. Unfortunately, Saturday the AC completely broke down, and we had to stay at a hotel until Tuesday. Tuesday morning, while we were driving back home, I received a call from their manager explaining that the parts had arrived and that Adam would come by around 2 PM after finishing another scheduled appointment. Adam arrived exactly as promised and worked another 2–3 hours trying to get the system fully repaired. During that repair, the compressor failed. Again, Adam calmly explained everything in detail, including the worst-case scenario if compressors were unavailable until Thursday. At that point, instead of leaving us without cooling, Adam installed TWO brand-new portable AC units for us, one in our bedroom and one in my work room, so we could have comfort while waiting for the compressor replacement. That alone says everything about this company. Wednesday morning, their office called again to let me know they had successfully obtained the compressor and assured me Adam and his partner would arrive before noon. They did. And these guys worked for more than 6 hours in the heat without giving up. They went into the attic, worked on the outside unit, diagnosed additional issues that appeared during the repair process, and kept pushing until everything was finally fixed properly. At no point did they quit, rush the job, disappear, or leave us wondering what was happening. And here’s the most incredible part: This AC system was NOT originally purchased from LEE'S AIR. Another company installed it years ago, and LEE'S AIR absorbed the warranty from the previous company and fully honored the commitment. No arguments. No excuses. No games. Just honesty, professionalism, hard work, and genuine care for their customer. Thank you to Adam Klein and Weston, the office staff, and Garrett, the GM at LEE'S AIR for restoring my faith in what true customer service looks like. You earned my trust and my highest recommendation.

  Ray Cleary our HVAC Tech did a thorough inspection of our air conditioning and duct system. He found several places with leaks and fixed them on the spot. He explained what he did and sent pictures with an invoice via email upon completion. I feel confident our air system is now running optimally going into the summer months.
