Bill was friendly and helpful. He spent almost 2 hours at the house to determine if we had a problem or not. He didn't find anything to indicate that there was an imminent issue besides the age of the unit. We are very happy with the service.

Air-Zona did a great job with our AC repair. Our outdoor unit was running, but the vents were not blowing cold air. They were able to come out the same day within the estimated 2–3 hour window. The technician diagnosed the issue, found that the capacitors were faulty, and replaced the dual capacitor. He also noticed that the outdoor disconnect was broken and replaced the full disconnect for safety.
The technician explained the repairs clearly, provided pricing before doing the work. After the repair, the system was tested and started cooling properly again.
Overall, I had a good experience and appreciated the quick response, clear communication, and professional service. I would recommend Air-Zona for AC repair.
The compressor on my air conditioning system stopped cooling - it was blowing warm air and I immediately filed a home warranty claim. Later it started working again, presumably after cooling off. My home warranty company, Super, sent the problem to Air-zona. The technician, Isaiah, was very unprofessional, unhelpful, and untruthful in four distinct ways. First, the system was operating OK when he arrived 4 days after the problem had occurred. When he said everything was fine, I pressed the issue because the unit had previously been blowing warm air. He yelled at me "Listen man, I don't know what to tell you, you have an 11 year old compressor", as if the whole situation was my fault for not having a brand new unit. Then he acknowledged that the compressor had likely overheated and that could continue to happen, (especially with an older compressor) at which time upon future failures I should just wait for the compressor to cool down, or accelerate the cool down by spraying it with the hose. This is a preposterous solution in our desert heat: when your unit stops working, just wait a few hours and it will re-start - very practical. Second, I asked him to carefully document what I had experienced with the compressor failure earlier in the week. I felt that it was important to document it for the home warranty company for when it would likely occur again. He lied to my face by telling me that he would document the problem in detail, but then on the ticket for the warranty company only stated "no issues found". Third, he said the he would leave the ticket open so that I could have further discussion with the home warranty company, instead of closing it which is the typical approach. In reality, he did not leave it open but rather closed it. Fourth, he said that he wasn't going to charge me for visit since he didn't repair anything, but when I told him I have pre-paid he offered no approach for a refund. Let's be clear, if your home warranty sends this company out, they are have the best interests of the warranty company in mind, not yours.
If u are looking for an honest A/C company I am here to tell u this is the company to go with-I first talked to Martha & she gave me honest info & I am 100% happy with her professionalism-I got service the same day (within an hr) - Miles (service tech) reached out to me & explained in detail what the problem was-he told me the unit is old (23 yrs) but a new unit was not needed - he fixed was needed & I am extremely happy for his honesty- I had been going through another company that I will not name for over 20 yrs- unbelievable how they told me something totally different & I was going to pay over $9,000 - I almost went with them but my gut instinct told me to get a second opinion- THANKYOU MILES & MARTHA & THE REST OF THE TEAM AT AIR-ZONA A/C !!! You have me as a loyal customer from here on out HONESTY goes a long way especially right now where a lot of us are struggling-I will let everyone know about this positive experience I had - THANKYOU !!!
This was the first time I used Air-zona AC & Heating. I called them in, because my old company couldn't fix my problems. David Betita was sent out, and he fixed my problems immediately. It was clear that David knew what he was doing. I will be using this company in the future. Thanks, Air-zona!
