- NCNicole CHURCHILLApr 17, 20261.0If I could rate for a negative star I would. The absolute worst customer service I've received outside of the (US post office)... I would highly discourage working with them on the American Steel product, EVER.
- PNPat NoakesMay 31, 20221.0I went to Amer. Sales to buy artificial turf and was quoted a price of $2.89 sq. ft. for the only one they sell or have in stock. My landscaper went in and confirmed that price and ordered it. It was cut, and I went back to pay for it but was charged $3.69 sq. ft. That amounted to a $500 overcharge. I called to complain but was only told that I was mistaken, and it must be a different product. Impossible since they're only stocking or selling ONE kind of turf. Price gouging or just dishonesty?
