  Not going to give 1 star, because I never got the chance to use your services so I don’t know how you actually are. But the customer service I experienced wasn’t great. Called first thing Monday morning after the storms on the 4th of July because the wind snapped my private utility pole on my property that powers my well-house house. I was told by whoever answered the phone for your company that you all would try to get out my way that afternoon, but that there were people without power. So I’m guessing that meant that those people took priority, which is fine. But at the same time, I may have had power, but without that pole being fixed I don’t have water. Fast forward to today, I had still yet to hear anything from you all. So I called to cancel, because another company will be coming out to fix the issue I have tomorrow. A call would have been courteous, even if it was just to tell me it would be a little longer to get to me or whatever the case was.

  This company is so honest, fair and trustworthy. They are the absolute best of the best. We are so grateful for their prompt arrival and ability to repair our electrical problem after a storm ripped our electrical off our house. Their price was more than fair and affordable after getting quotes from multiple other companies.Their work passed the city inspection and we should have our power restored today. 5 stars. Outstanding Service. Highly Recommend.

  The customer service is atrocious. I will NEVER be contacting them for any service again. If i could give it a 0 I would.
