  If I could give 10/10 stars I would! Called at least 5 other companies which had either been recommended by people or were listed on the web for carpet cleaning. They were all very fine to talk to. However, when I called Red Mountain, Diane was amazing! She took the time to ask questions about what I was looking for as well as what I expected. Very professional, but very personable also!! Sam arrived exactly on time. Again, went over the details of the job and explained exactly what he was going to do. He took care of the job requested, then also took care of the smaller throw rugs that I have by each door. He certainly didn't have to, but he took the service call to the next level. He too, was professional, but showed a personal concern for me as the client. HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

  Sam just finished cleaning the grout in my kitchen and cleaning my Kitchen chairs. He did an amazing job! The chairs are 30 years old and look brand new! The kitchen floor looks great! Highly recommend Red Mountain Flooring Az !and Sam! He was friendly and professional!

  Red Mountain completed demo of two baths and new tile install on floor/tub/shower surrounds for both bath remodels. From the first call we made to them to final payment, they went above & beyond the call of duty. The mother/son duo are great at design, were priced fairly, prompt with all of the work, and so, so kind. Their workers were respectful and courteous as well. I’d like to keep them a secret so they’re not too busy when we’re ready for our next project later this year, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t recognize them for being a top notch supplier/installer.

  We purchased carpet from Red Mountain and it was ordered. We were told that installation would not be scheduled until the new carpet was in their store. They called to set a day to install. We said no as we had company. It was agreed that they would install on April 21. The installers arrived promptly on April 21 and removed the old carpet & pad. They went to their shop to get the new carpet. About 30 minutes later, the management called to say that they did not have the new carpet. The manufacturer was blamed for not shipping the new carpet. It was ordered and arrived April 27. Installers arrived April 28 and installed the new carpet. We walked on pad and carpet strip for a week. When I went to Red Mountain to settle our account. They blamed the manufacturer. If that were true, why did they schedule a date for the new carpet to be installed when they did not have it? This was a case of poor coordination within their office. One of their own installers told us that this had happened previously also

  Timothy Flynn - Owner is very rude. He makes smug comments and remarks. He assumes you are waisting his time the moment you contact him. Quick advise don’t assume and don’t yell at your future customer cause you will loose them.
