  Do NOT trust this company. They charged me without my authorization. I specifically talked to billing on the phone and we agreed on a compromise to pay 50 percent less and she went ahead and charged me the full amount. They also sent me an invoice for work I NEVER requested or authorized. Total scammers.

  Rainforest took care of me. Max and Margarito were great to work with and so was Sherry at the office. I had a bad AC unit and they worked with me to fix it. They even came out 3 different times and waived some service trip fees after trying some less costly repairs. They understood my situation and wanted to help do what was best for my wallet and my AC unit. I loved working with the team at Rainforest. Thank you!

  As a community manager we communicate with vendors constantly from routine services to emergency services. More often than not, vendors don't communicate on a level that allows you to extend communication to residents. This results in more chaos on a managers responsibilty. I want to thank Xavier for truly setting the golden standard on how vendors should communicate. He spoke with us daily on what to expect for the day of and the following day. When met with unforseen circumstances he brought it to our attention immediately with a corrective course of action. It was a refreshing experience that allowed for us to relay this to our residents and the project complete seamlessly!
