- KFKatie FeistJun 30, 20251.0DO NOT use this company. I’m very disappointed with our experience at Prestige Protective Coatings. We were sold the wrong products, and when my husband went to the store to return or exchange them, the situation was handled incredibly poorly. Rather than resolving the issue professionally, the owner became aggressive, physically pushed my husband out of the store, and even called the police on him — all over a simple product return. This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially from a business owner. We expected honesty and good customer service, and instead were met with hostility and unprofessional conduct. I would strongly caution others before doing business here
- KPKyle PolanskyOct 20, 20231.0Poor customer service. I bought quartz sand from them. They charged me prior to being shipped and tried adding more charges with shipping after the fact. Didn't agree on shipping cost as it costed me $100 more than the coatings hub shipped price in California which I highly recommend. Now they are refusing to serve me material because I didn't want to pay the shipping eve though I agreed on the 20 percent restocking fee.. The lady that works there is unreasonable and is hurting this companies reputation..
