  We recently had both ACs replaced that were 21 years old. JMAC had good pricing and were great to deal with. Straight forward, no high-pressure sales tactics or trying to sell some maintenance plan. They were also the only ones that recommended going with a heat-pump instead of sticking with a gas furnace. After doing a little research and having AI run the numbers for SRP and Southwest Gas it does make a lot of sense for where we live and should save us additional money.

  I had a great experience with Zach! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuine from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain everything in plain language so I could easily understand what was going on and what he suspected needed to be fixed based his findings and my description of the sporadic issues with my AC unit. He provided reasonable and understandable options to address without concrete evidence of the issue. What I appreciated most was that he didn't just repair the problem, he made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions patiently, was honest about the issue, and completed the repair efficiently. His attention to detail and clear communication really built my trust. It's not often you find a technician who combines expertise with such great customer service. Thanks to Zach, my AC is running perfectly again, and I feel confident in the work that was done. I will absolutely use this company again and highly recommend Zach to anyone needing HVAC service!
