  Zack was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem explaining what was wrong and what part needed replacing. He installed the new part and my A/C is running great. Zach was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I will always call on JMAC for all my AC needs.

  Just bought a house in the East Valley from up north. I was unsure how long it had been since the AC unit in my house was last serviced, and I wanted to avoid running into an issue during the summer, so I decided to hire an HVAC company to come out and service my AC unit. Seeing that they were rated 5 stars I was sure that JMAC was going to be my HVAC company. I called and ended up getting their voicemail, where I left a message and waited to hear back from them. I received a text from them telling me that the maintenance season had "ended" but I could send them my info and maybe they would get back to me about doing maintenance, and if I had an issue with my AC unit they could be out the same or next day. First of all, I moved here after the maintenance season apparently "ended" but how was I supposed to know that? I didn't realize that after May it was taboo to have a working AC unit maintained, guess I should have bought my house in January instead of June, and second of all reading between the lines what I was basically told was "We are now prioritizing service calls that make us $$, so if your unit breaks give us a call" So after stewing for a bit I finally put out feelers for a locally owned mom and pop HVAC company (which JMAC could totally be BTW) who didnt treat me like I was asking a huge favor by getting my AC unit maintained, and was able to find my forever HVAC company who came out in 2 hours and took care of me, and treated me just as well as someone who has to pay a ton of money to get a new unit. I have no doubt JMAC is a 5 star company for customers whos AC units have stopped working, but for someone like me trying to keep my unit running and new to the whole central AC thing JMAC gets 3 stars.

  Showed up on time. Conducted themselves with professionalism in appearance, attitude, and job knowledge. Replaced my entire system in 5 hours. They answered all my questions and concerns. Price was competitive. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC services.
