  JMAC came exactly when they said they would for the install of 2 new heat pumps. They were very professional, polite, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. It was an all day install of the 2 units, but they were done when they said they would be done. I highly recommend this company.

  I first need to say that JMAC trying to help me via text was great! I know enough about AC units that with a little extra help I got one of my units working again. And no, I did not touch any mechanical parts. It was just the process of rebooting the system. My second unit did need a tech. Brandon showed up when he said he would. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. I am grateful for Brandon and the whole JMAC team!

  Brandon did an incredible job recognizing that it was a thermostat issue and not an A/C problem. Fixed in a matter of minutes. Always very professional and helpful.
