From the initial estimate to the on-site inspection, he provided a very fair and transparent quote that was much more reasonable than other companies I researched. The scheduling process was quick and hassle-free. During the installation, Frank was professional and efficient. He kept the workspace very clean and took the time to explain the technical details and the breakdown of the costs, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was his end-to-end service—he handled the city permits and coordinated with the inspector for the final sign-off, making the entire process incredibly smooth.
