  Dominique was absolutely phenomenal very professional very nice and polite explained everything that was going on and needed to be done if we decided to in the future. You have a great employee there very much appreciated. And the cost of the call in the repair was great. Very very reasonable rates thank you so much for getting him out here today.

  I was very disappointed with my experience with Fast Layne Plumbing. My water heater failed after only 2.5 years, and when I contacted the company, I was told they would only replace it if I paid $1,200. I explained that I felt this was unreasonable and was told by the technician, Nathaniel, that a supervisor named Daniel would come to my home the next day to inspect the situation and see what could be done. Unfortunately, that never happened. Instead, Daniel called the following morning and simply repeated that the replacement cost would be $1,200. When I asked if they could at least provide me with the replacement unit so I could find someone else to install it, he told me I could get it myself. I also asked about repair options and was informed that the technicians work on commission. That raised concerns for me because it creates little incentive to repair a unit when a replacement generates a larger sale. One final note for anyone relying heavily on online reviews: I was told the company offers discounts in exchange for posting reviews, so keep that in mind when evaluating their ratings. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-through, the unwillingness to work toward a reasonable solution, and the customer service I received.

  While at the grocery store, disabled friend’s toilet flooded the bathroom. Not only did Kendall squeeze us into an over busy schedule ahead of their ETA, had grace when I miscalculated time it take to get my friend into the vehicle and home, by waiting for us to arrive. This saved me having to come back some other time to help my friend. The plumber himself was kind and patient, on top of being efficient and thorough.

  We had several important plumbing issues with our recently purchased house. I initiated a query on Yelp and almost immediately contacted by FastLane. They sent a technician the same day and we had an estimate. They came the next day and completed all the work with 3 excellent technicians - Jesus, Jose and Johnathan. They were efficient and friendly.

  Responded quickly and had a technician there that evening. Assessed the issue, cleared the drain, and took the time to help move my washer and dryer back in place and reconnect everything the way it was. Works great! I will be taking the recommendation to replace the pipe. They earned my trust do the job we need and did not try to upsell the whole home repair.
