  I used exterior plus and they did an excellent job. Great customer service and experienced roofers. The filed the claim with the insurance all i had to pay was my deductible.

  Our home was built in 1989 with half of it having a slanted roof with Mexican clay tiles and the rest of it is a flat roof with drainage off the sides of the house. Some of the tiles were cracked and there were leaks in three places every time there was a hard rain. A different roofing company was paid to fix this 4 years ago, but it still leaked. We looked at different products to replace all the clay tiles and chose Brava tiles which look like clay tiles but are made from recycled plastic. They are made to overlap which creates a strong seal. Brava tile manufacturing company sent us 8 tiles for color choice and gave us a list of local companies who are certified to install their tile system. It has a 50 year warranty that passes on to new owners if we ever sell the house. We had several of these roofing companies come to inspect the roof and give us quotes. Exterior Plus knew much more about the Brava tile product and its installation. Their quote was in the middle of the other two companies, but they knew a lot about Brava tiles and had done installations of them in the past. Exteriors Plus would also clean, repair, and coat the flat part of the roof. From the sample tiles that Brava sent us, we choose the color and we stayed with the red-orange clay tile color had already been on the roof. The people at Exterior Plus handled everything necessary to replace this roof. They came out to measure the tile roof so an accurate amount of Brava tile would be ordered. We were informed when it would be delivered on pallets and how much space would be needed on our driveway for it. We were informed when the installation would begin and what to expect during the removal of the existing tiles. They kept us informed of every step along the way so there were no unexpected surprises. Taylor, from Exteriors Plus, introduced us to the manager who would be overseeing the 8-person crew. It was expected to take 4 days to do the new tile and coat the flat roof. A dumpster was located near the garage door for disposal of the clay tile and other roofing materials. After one day the tile was removed, the wood roof was cleaned and inspected and two layers of waterproof material was rolled out onto the roof. They also installed new flashings around the chimney and two large skylights. The next day they began installing the new tile and also started applying the white coating to the flat parts of our roof. They finished everything by noon on the third day, ahead of schedule. The Exterior Plus crew spent about two hours packing up their equipment and cleaning up the roof and the ground around the house. They did not leave anything behind. Our yard had never been so clean! We would certainly recommend Exterior Plus because they know roofs, especially here in the Arizona desert. They are very knowledgeable about new products and the best ways to prepare on old roof for a new covering. We also found them very pleasant to work and kept us up to date about the logistics of deliveries, the work schedule, and payments. Tucson, AZ
