  I had been dealing with a persistent leak in my home for several months, but despite repeatedly notifying my landlord, my requests to address the problem were not taken seriously. In some cases, work orders were even closed before anyone came out to inspect the issue. After months of frustration, I decided to seek an independent assessment and contacted DryRite. Odyssey took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. I really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness throughout the entire process. I received my results quickly, along with helpful information about the findings. I’m very grateful to Odyssey and DryRite for taking my concerns seriously and providing the information I needed to better understand what was happening in my home.

  I was so pleased with Ethan and his crew. They did an amazing job of keeping me informed on what each step was being taken to get their portion of the project done after the plumbers left. Every single crew member were both courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend them.

  Reached out when I saw what I thought might be mold growing in my newly purchased camper. I was so upset and Odyssey and team were quick to come out, take samples and come up with a solution. If I had not called I wouldn’t have discovered that the mold went not only up the walls but into the ceiling. I almost did a rebuild on top of mold damage an issue that would have eventually exposed itself or caused my kids and I to get sick. I am very thankful I called and got the right company to come out. Highly recommend!
