  From Joshua in sales to Hunter and Jace at installation everything was top notch. Living in Mesa, Arizona at Hawes Crossing Community having a water softener and R/O system installed is par for the course. We couldn't say enough about the great experience we had. If you want to add value to your home and keep your water systems running smoothly this is the way to go.

  We had a RO system installed in our home in the Villages in Queen Creek, AZ by Clear Water Concepts. We were very happy with the quality of the unit, and with their employee Ari, who installed the system and described it’s use very clearly. He was on time and friendly, and he cleaned the space where he was working. I would definitely refer them to you. Having clean drinking water is so important. Ari tested our water from our refrigerator system and it was almost as high as our tap water!! Eek! Extra scary as we live near the golf course (pesticide..). 💯%

  Ted was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He knew exactly what was wrong with the softener and fixed it in about 10 minutes. He left the area clean and dry, which is always appreciated. If you live in the Power Ranch area of Gilbert, AZ, Clearwater Concepts will do a great job of taking care of your water quality.

  Clear Water Concepts installed a water softener system for us about 2-3 years ago or so (can’t remember the exact timeline.) Their pricing was very upfront with no hidden costs at install! Fast forward to yesterday where we knew it was malfunctions in some way. Called them this morning and they were here within a few hours and had it fixed within 15 minutes with no charge! Parts and labor covered! 5 star service! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  I used Clear Water Concepts for a water softener install 4 years ago. I had a high (Gilbert) water usage bill, and Franz was able to help troubleshoot, isolate and identify the issue over the phone. He fit me in same day and replaced the warrantied part at no charge, and tested and reset my system while he was here. Great knowledge, experience and customer service. Thanks!
