  Ted did an outstanding job servicing our soft serve water system at our home in Anthem at Merrill Ranch in Florence. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was operating exactly as it should. What impressed us most was his attention to detail and the care he took in explaining the system, what he found, and the work he completed. He was courteous, efficient, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right rather than simply rushing through it.

  Shawn Parkes delivered and installed our new Olympus water softener today and did an awesome job. He was on time and provided a thorough break down answering all of our questions after install. Great customer service to a highly skilled technician you can’t go wrong with this company.

  Clear Water Concept was awesome to work with! Josh, Troy and Shawn were professional, punctual, and did an excellent job installing our water softener. No pressure, no upselling, and no funny business just honest, quality work. After dealing with a larger company before, it was really refreshing to work with a family-owned business that actually cares. The whole experience was easy and straightforward. I’d definitely recommend Clear Water Concept!

  Outstanding Service from Clear Water Concepts! We live in Dreamland Villa in Mesa, AZ, where we have extremely hard water and our house had low water pressure. After deciding to install a whole-house filtration system, an under-sink reverse osmosis (RO) filter, and replace our pressure regulating valve, we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Clear Water Concepts. From the initial consultation with Joshua Harmon to the installation, the entire process was straightforward, professional, and stress-free. Our technician, Ted Rhude, texted me when he was on his way and included a convenient link to track his arrival. He arrived right on time and got straight to work. Ted clearly explained everything he would be doing, how long the water would be shut off, and approximately how long the entire installation would take. I was especially impressed with Ted’s attention to detail and thoughtful workmanship. He ran the water softener drain line and electrical wiring through the attic, keeping everything completely out of the way and leaving us with a clean, professional installation. It’s refreshing to work with a company that delivers excellent customer service from the initial consultation through installation. Joshua made the entire process easy, and Ted’s professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Clear Water Concepts, Joshua Harmon, and Ted Rhude to anyone looking for water filtration or plumbing services. If you’re in the Mesa area and considering improving your home’s water quality, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!
