  We had a great experience with Clear Water Concepts for our water softener installation. Troy Greenwood was professional, knowledgeable, and did a clean installation. He explained everything clearly and made the process smooth from start to finish. We are happy with the service and would recommend Clear Water Concepts to others in the Gilbert area.

  We had an excellent experience with Ted Rhude from Clear Water Concepts installing our water softener and RO system. From start to finish, Ted was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained how everything works, and made sure the installation was done perfectly and cleanly. The difference in our water quality has been amazing already — softer water, better tasting drinking water, and overall a huge improvement for our home. It’s clear Ted truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. If you’re considering a water softener or reverse osmosis system, I highly recommend Ted and Clear Water Concepts. Outstanding service all around!

  Kyle Resendez with Clear Water Concepts was a great technician. He arrived promptly to the appointment, and gave us a fair estimate for the install of a soft water system and reverse osmossis system. Since this company was recommended to me, and they have been great with the person who recommended them, I decided to go ahead and go with this company, who I know will provide quality products, installation, and servicing of the units. You cannot go wrong with Clear Water Concepts!

  From the get-go, these folks are exactly what I was looking for. They cover a wide area including Oro-Valley, Catalina, and Oracle, AZ. Prompt, thorough, and value driven…I cannot say enough positives regarding my experience with Clear Water Concepts. Moses came first to discuss our issues/options which was a down-to-earth discussion with absolutely ZERO pressure. He told me that our water softener needs were going to be covered by the lowest priced option — could have done what most salespeople do these days and tried to “used-car-sell” me their highest priced option — he didn’t do that which is more than refreshing to say the least. Michael came this morning — on time and super cordial — not to mention his attention to detail was refreshing considering the lack of “workmanship” we’re all experiencing these days (flawless installation — both the R/O system plus the Water Softener). You cannot go wrong with CWC — give them a call and see for yourselves that my evaluation is 100% spot on…!

  Working with Clear Water Concepts was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I first connected with Kyle several months ago while my home was still being built. As someone new to Arizona and coming from the East Coast, I wasn’t familiar with whole-home water systems, but Kyle took the time to walk me through everything in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and never once tried to upsell me, which I really appreciated. The communication from the team was excellent throughout the entire process. They sent timely reminders leading up to the install and even provided a photo of the technician who would be arriving at my home, which added an extra level of professionalism and comfort. The technician who completed the install was Troy, and he was fantastic. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to walk me through how to operate the system so I felt completely comfortable using it. The installation itself went smoothly, and the entire team was professional, courteous, and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Clear Water Concepts to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy water treatment company.
