  Clearwater Concepts is an excellent company providing clean water to AZ. Terrific customer service! We can’t say enough about Jace, his efficiency, work ethic & working crazy hard @ 115* heat today. Clearwater is very responsive to their customers; we called yesterday & repair was complete today. We live in Meridian Manor, Apache Junction.

  Very good job installing our RO system and it is working perfectly. We also have their whole house softener and that works great as well. Not happy that we were told our warranty is void after the installation was completed because our city water pressure tested over 80 psi. So we are stuck without the warranty that was included in the price - with no warning. Not good.

  Clear Water Concepts sent Jace out and he was highly competent and efficient in his work. Professional the whole way through. He installed a new water softener, explained the whole process, fixed a damaged drain pipe, and finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this business and technician.

  Great customer service, Hunter is the best! We've had him come out a couple of years to service our system and he's always timely, professional and extremely personable. Had an urgent matter that needed to be repaired and scheduling was prompt and Hunter arrived and quickly remedied the problem along with doing our annual checkup and filter change. Thank you it's refreshing to have a company and its employees truly care about taking care of their customers. Appreciate you very much - see you next year.

  We’ve been using Clearwater Concepts to service our RO system, water softener, and whole-house filtration maintenance, and they have been fantastic every step of the way. They are always on time, professional, friendly, and leave everything clean when the job is done. Communication is excellent, scheduling is easy, and they consistently reach out right when service is due so we never have to think about it.
