I would not recommend this company, nor would I choose to work with them again. Communication throughout the project was extremely poor, both from the company and the installer they contracted with.
There was little to no communication regarding scheduling. We were often not informed when work would be performed, and when installers did arrive, it was frequently late in the afternoon. They would then state they could not complete the work due to time constraints, only to disappear for another week or more before returning. As a result, we were left without a functional kitchen for several months due to the inconsistency and lack of follow-through. I will also add that the estimate for installation and labor that Cactus showed us before we agreed to move forward was not even close to the price that their contracted company was trying to charge us (the contracted company’s price was double the estimate)
Additionally, Joe, who sold us the project, became largely unresponsive after payment was made. He would not answer my husband's questions unless we contacted his business partner. Joe also sold us a sink in the wrong size and initially stated that we would be refunded once we purchased a replacement elsewhere. Later, Josh informed us that a refund would only be issued if we returned the sink to them ourselves.
Overall, the project was marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and disappointing customer service. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet reasonable expectations for professionalism or customer care.
UPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE: The review absolutely reflects my experience with your company. Communication from your team was consistently poor, and there were multiple occasions where our calls and messages went unanswered.
It is also important for anyone reading this to understand that the installer was not a company we found independently. They were the contractor directly referred by Cactus Kitchen & Bath. We were specifically told that you work closely with them and that this relationship allowed them to offer a lower labor rate. However, the estimate provided by Cactus Kitchen & Bath to secure our business was nearly half of what the installer later claimed their labor actually cost.
If you choose to refer customers to a contractor as part of your process, you should ensure there is clear communication and coordination between your companies. Unfortunately, that did not happen in our case, and we were left dealing with the consequences.
Rather than acknowledging these issues, your response attempts to dismiss our experience. My review is an accurate account of what occurred, and I stand by it. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Cactus Kitchen & Bath. Your public response to my review only reinforces the concerns I raised and further demonstrates why I cannot recommend doing business with your company.

Cactus Kitchen and Bath remodeled my kitchen. I worked with Joe who did a great job with the design and configuration of my kitchen. Even when I questioned things he was great and came back out to my house to go over it again until we had it perfect! For my kitchen, I went from a pine color to espresso with a quartz countertop and backsplash. I absolutely love how beautiful my kitchen looks! There were a couple of delays that moved the completion date out by two days and I was impressed with how quickly and professionally they were able to get the kitchen completed and resolutions met in a very timely manner! I recommend using them for your remodel needs and I plan on using them for my bathroom remodels in the near future! I added before and after photos so you can see how great it turned out!

Absolutely terrible experience. The showroom guy was great. The installer that they hired for us was awful. They had to end up replacing most of the cabinet fronts as they were heavily damaged by the installers. I’d be shocked if they had ever installed cabinets before. They did floors for us too and floored over a rock right in the middle of the hallway! Attention to detail was horrendous. Our baseboards had to be removed and redone. Terrible cuts. We aren’t crazy picky people this was seriously bad workmanship.
While they did come back with a different crew and make most of it right we had to spend way too much time finding the errors and getting it taken care of (upside down cabinet bottoms, wrong color panels put on, shelves not installed etc). Do it right hire a contractor directly so you know who you are dealing with and don’t get stuck in the middle like we did. I knew better but ignored my own gut instinct. Cactus when asked to make it right by at least refunding some money they said nope. So buyer beware.
