  Great company for HVAC and plumbing. We’ve used them for years and are super happy with them. Always prompt and trustworthy. Great to find a contractor we can trust!

  Not sure what happened to this company. They were bought out and the level of service has dropped dramatically. They used to have extremely knowledgeable/polite people on the phones. Now the people have no idea about AC systems at all and are very difficult to converse with. Have had multiple poor experiences. And now just recently...I pay for the best maintenance package and have been waiting for service. They called me (left VM) the day before (less than 24 hours) and canceled. I called back and the woman on the phone said...well since you canceled it will be a while...I said no, you canceled! This company used to pride itself on service. Oh well.

  Used them two years tech was very informative. Last week push me super hard to replace my unit for 16k. Got 3 additional opinions and all agreed Dukes is very overpriced and there is no reason to replace my unit. Dukes also said I need 7 lbs to top off my unit where it was blowing cold air and only holds 6.6 and quoted me 1000. I had an honest tech top it off for 250 including the service call. Avoid them use a small local company that’s honest.

  We work with Duke of Air for a few of years now. The quality of their crews is topnotch! Always nice, respectful and of course - very professional. It's always a pleasure to have them here. Their prices are reasonable and fair and the quality is great!

  Ricky Olivarez was very professional, courteous, and respectful though out the visit. He worked efficiently, explained everything clearly. He provided helpful suggestions on a few air conditioner components that may need to be replaced in the future., which I really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I’m very satisfied with the service and i will be using Arizona’s Dukes of Air & plumbing for all my future air conditioning needs. I would gladly recommend your company. Thank you!
