Our fan for the AC was not turning on and our house was not cooling. We reached out to this company and the technician originally told us our blower motor was broken and they charged us $900 to fix it. A few days later the AC was not working again , on a Sunday, we reached back out to this company and asked them to come back to which they responded there would be an after hours fee (though they had not even fixed the issue originally) and this was frustrating. We said fine they can come and we’ll pay the after hours fee and then they decided they didn’t have any availability that day anymore ! Our home was 86 degrees. When they came out the next day they decided oh another thing is broken and we want to charge you $600 to fix it. No thank you! We fixed the issue on our own for less than $100. They seem to love to take advantage of people’s money.

Had an excellent experience with Service Experts (Dukes of Air) today, the A/C tech Jonathan Soto was very friendly and profesional, explained to me the problem and quickly fixed. I will recomend Service Experts for all your needs and will refer them to family and friends.

Always great service from this company. My A/C was making a rattling noise, they came out SAME DAY! Turns out it was a loose fixture in my house (embarrassing), Tony crawled on the roof and checked out my compressor, blower and fan bearings, no problems found. I’ve been a customer for 8 years, never a problem. I always recommend them.

I installed a system with Semper Fi. Horrible experience.
I recommend Duke’s or Service Experts.
Semper just lies and makes excuses and never up.
They are all about patriotism but they are just liars and the techs are horrible.
Should have used Duke’s

I had two new HVAC units installed by a company that has since been acquired by Dukes of Air.
Within months of the installation, I experienced a water leak from the attic because the drain pan the unit was sitting on was not properly leveled. The original company came out, corrected the issue, and repaired the water damage to my ceiling.
Fast forward to now, and I've experienced another significant water leak. This time, Dukes of Air responded since they purchased the original company. During the service call, the technician discovered that the original installation had been done improperly. One of the drain pipes had come apart because it had not been glued correctly, and the technician even showed me photos of the issue. While repairing it, he inspected the remaining drain lines and found several additional problems one connection wasn't glued at all. He corrected those issues as well.
I want to recognize the technician because he was professional, thorough, and did an excellent job.
My disappointment is not with the technician but with the lack of communication from Dukes of Air regarding the resulting water damage to my home.
When I first called to report the leak, I asked the customer service representative what would be done about repairing my ceiling. She wasn't sure and mentioned that because I was a few months beyond the two-year installation warranty and because the work had been performed by the previous company, she didn't know whether Dukes of Air would cover the damage.
After the installation issues were identified and repaired, I called again and specifically requested that a supervisor or manager contact me to discuss the repairs to my ceiling. As of today, I have not received a single phone call or follow-up.
I understand that Dukes of Air did not perform the original installation. However, they chose to purchase that company and have assumed responsibility for servicing its customers. At the very least, I expected someone to return my call and discuss the situation with me. The complete lack of communication has been extremely disappointing.
