  The plumbing tech showed up as scheduled to unplug my drain. He ran into some equipment issues but was relentless in efforts to get the job done. They couldnt get it unplugged and we're true to their word that no charge if can't get it done. They gave me a good offer on hydrojetting for the very next day and the tech returned and his supervisor showed up as well. They got the job done and my drains have been running freely ever since. Very professional, polite and friendly. I would definitely call them again and refer them to anyone needing plumbing services.

  Very easy process for water heater through home depot. As soon as i clicked online, they called and set up appointment. Very fair price for installation, I thought. Plumber arrived when they said he would and had me with a new water heater in no time at all. Would definitely use delta again.

  Benjamin and Nick did a fairly good job with the installation. However, I would recommend that they place a tarp on the floor before dismantling the old unit and installing the new unit rather than laying items directly on the bare floor. (I have a brand new poly aspartic floor.). Also, they should bring a dustpan and brush to clean up detritus left on the floor when they finish the job.
