  ​Ivan was fantastic. He showed up right on time, got straight to work, and completed the job quickly without any hassle or issues. On top of that, he cleaned up so thoroughly afterward you couldn't even tell he’d been here. Ivan is definitely going to be our go-to plumber from now on. Highly recommend!

  I was very impressed with DELTA plumbing from the initial call to place the order for the new hot water heater as well as the install installation. Ivan, the tech they sent out. Did an outstanding job! He answered all my questions and was very professional I highly recommend DELTA plumbing.

  We were in need of a quick change out of our gas water heater. I requested the top quality with a 12 year warranty and self cleaning. Michael from Delta brought the new unit. Remove the old unit replace the new one and hold away the old one. Also, there were no hidden fees and he worked very quickly And professionally. Michael understood that I am disabled and not able to do very much and when he noticed that there was a package delivered outside that was quite heavy. He offered to bring it into the house for me.

  ⭐️ 1 Star I hired this plumbing company to address serious issues with my sump/sewer pump system and paid approximately $12,000 for the work. I hired a licensed plumber because I expected the work to be done correctly and, most importantly, to resolve the sewer-gas odor in my home. The company cleaned the basins, installed a sewer pump that I had purchased, replaced plumbing and lids, rewired the alarm system, and told me the basins would be properly sealed. Unfortunately, the sewer-gas smell has continued after the work was completed. I ultimately had a smoke test performed, which identified a leak around one of the basins. Why they did not perform this test before Completing the work is beyond me. This is particularly frustrating because sealing the basins was what I called them out for and they will not come back out and fix. They want to charge me again To come out and seal the basins to correctly. I paid a substantial amount of money expecting the underlying problem to be properly addressed. Instead, I am left with the same odor and an unresolved issue after spending approximately $12,000. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company get everything in writing, including exactly what will be sealed or repaired, how the work will be completed, and what happens if the problem remains after the job. They lied right to my face promising me if I go with them they would make sure there is no smell. For the amount of money I paid, I expected much better workmanship and a completed solution—not an ongoing problem. The company clearly does not understand how to deal with sump pump and they have no standards. It is so difficult to find a company with integrity who does the work they promise . I cannot stress to you enough to use another company as they do not care at Delta . Truly disappointing
