  If I could give Shawn more stars, I would! We had a leak pop up last night, so I gave him a call this morning. He was absolutely amazing to work with. He was very honest, he gave us options for a quick fix or a long term solution including the pros and cons to both. He has incredibly fair pricing, while he has a business to run and has to make money, you can tell he cares about helping people and doesn’t price gouge like a lot of other companies. We will be calling him for our plumbing needs in the future and will happily recommend him to anyone that needs a trustworthy plumber. Thank you, Shawn, we genuinely appreciate your help today!

  Always Plumbing was at the house in a timely manor. They understood the urgency and made the repair, work around our life schedule. Great attitude, both business like and personal. We had a slab leak. They brought in an expert leak detector then fixed what was found, in a safe and convenient way. I would recommend and trust them.

  I suspected a slab leak. I was fortunate to be referred to Shawn Henry. He and his team arrived at the time scheduled, explained the process, requested my approval prior to proceeding, detected the area of the leak and reviewed how it would be repaired, explained the estimated charges and again requested my agreement before beginning the repairs. I never felt pressured or manipulated in the process. Very conscious of keeping debris picked up and maintaining a clean work area. I strongly recommend Shawn Henry for your plumbing needs.

  Shawn is extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and loves to share his knowledge about plumbing. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. We had a slab leak and he worked hard to find an alternative for us that would not require digging up our house and dismantling a brand new kitchen! At the installation, he and Cody were professional and clean. They didn’t rush and explained everything they were doing to us. We were very happy with the job and would trust them again for our future plumbing needs!
