  Everyone that we dealt with at AirTime has been great to work with. We’ve been using the company for the last several years for general maintenance and repair on our old AC unit until it was close to dying..When it was time to get a new unit AirTime gave us a decent price and a feeling of satisfaction knowing that future maintenance and warranty issues would be taken care of ASAP.

  Needed an AC repair, and two companies that I’ve used in the past didn’t answer or return my calls. Airtime was responsive and got here in a reasonable time. Jacob L was my technician - he was professional and fast. Didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary. I think this is my new AC company for my home and rentals.

  Jake put meters on the system and walked my wife and me through the actual numbers, running amps, startup draw, winding continuity, instead of eyeballing it and quoting us a part. He was focused on a measurement-based assessment and on actually educating us, not upselling. When the diagnosis turned out to be serious he gave it to us straight and didn’t push a fix that wouldn’t have solved the problem. Exactly the kind of tech you want when you’re making an expensive decision and need good information to do it. Thanks Jake.

  We had AirTime Cooling and Heating out to replace our coil after 2 previous companies acted in an unscrupulous manner with regards to pricing. Jessica was extremely helpful in getting Dan out for a second opinion and he sent Joey out to facilitate the work. Although our air was off for 3 days, they provided us temporary coolers to give us some relief. Joey was articulate & persistent in locating the problem but more importantly, the solution to get us up and running. Very pleased with this company and satisfied with the work done and would definitely recommend their services. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Jacob was on time for the appointment, notified he was enroute. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with a suggestion. Took several measurements and photos at the two units and up in the attic with air handlers to make sure installers could fit in the units. Called John with specs and before he left I had three quotes that were explained to me then emailed. The experience went a long way towards a successful sale. Other vendors just came out and then sent a quote for 3 ton single and dual stage units As a follow up to first message. Went ahead with John’s help and purchased 2 stage Carrier units. (2) Team of Josh, Zander, David, and Jordan started at 4:45 and were finished by noon. They worked together as a team and appeared to enjoy what they did and each other. Josh is a real professional. I appreciated the professionalism of the entire organization and would highly recommend you purchase your next AC from Air Time.
