  AirTime Cooling and Heating came out for a second opinion after I was told I needed an immediate coil replacement. On the first visit the technician did a full system check, confirmed there were signs of a leak, but couldn’t locate it. He tested the indoor coil, found no leak on it, and told me to wait instead of swapping the coil. When he came back to top the system off, he found bubbling at the Schrader valve, showed me the video, and capped it. That fixed the issue and saved me from an unnecessary and expensive coil replacement. Honest, thorough, and no pressure. Highly recommend.

  Jacob was very courteous and friendly. He spent about an hour researching and looking over all my old AC equipment. After seeing everything, he arranged a time for me to go over recommendations for installing a new AC unit in my home.

  I bought my first home a couple years ago. AC unit that it came with only lasted for one summer. I found airtime and they had a great deal for a full replacement. The initial installation was quick and easy. The text have all been very friendly and knowledgeable. Competition for HVAC in Arizona is very high but airtime has done a great job of taking care of me.

  My HVAC stopped working during the several day heat wave Central PHX had the 2nd week of May 2026. Dan from Airtime was here within 1-2 days of me calling their office. He was friendly, professional, and provided a detailed assessment of the issue and recommendation, which unfortunately was "you need a new unit." He hooked up a portable AC unit before leaving, free of charge. John at the office helped coordinate the installation, and we negotiated a price I was happy with and that was comparable to another quote I'd gotten. The installers, including Vinny, were punctual, prepared, thorough, professional, and respectful of my property. No one wants to have their HVAC break and have to spend thousands to have it repaired / replaced, but I'd recommend checking into and getting a quote from Airtime if you're in that position. They'll take care of you and do the job right.
