  Robert was great he explained everything in detail. Even though a repair was necessary he gave me a couple of different options to choose from on how to approach the situation.

  This company did a horrible job and are crooks! First of all they were supposed to arrive between 10am-2pm and don’t show up until about 4pm very unprofessional and no communication!! Another issue is they were supposed to come out and clean the coils on the A/C unit and inspect it , the tech did not clean the coils and left the unit dirty. The tech said I needed my connector relay switch replaced and wanted to charge me over $500, but then he gave me another option sign up for the 1 year maintenance plan for $489 and they will replace the part and labor for free. This made no sense to me. I asked the tech one more time before we got off the phone how much it would be to replace the part and this time he said $389. At this point I told him flat out none of this made sense and I will have somebody else’s come out and replace the part. I ended up calling Brewers and they came out and replaced the part for under $200.

  We had an excellent experience with Air Care! They came out and installed a brand-new A/C unit and water heater for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we understood what was being done. The whole experience was handled professionally, and we really appreciated how quickly and efficiently everything was taken care of. It’s a huge relief knowing we have a brand-new A/C system and water heater, especially with the Arizona heat! We highly recommend Robert and the Air Care team to anyone needing A/C or water heater service. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

  If you were looking for professional, qualified, reliable people that you can trust that will be on time and handle the situation. Stop looking, call Andrew at air care, cooling heating, and plumbing. I have them take care of all my household needs and I’ve recommended them with 100% satisfaction. !! They have old-school values and when they come into your home, they treat you with respect like you are their own family. TRUST THIS REVIEW YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID .

  My AC went out recently and Andrew and his team squeezed me in even with their busy schedule and came out that same day to inspect my unit around 630pm. They came out the next morning and replaced everything as promised. Even after they were paid, Andrew worked with my warranty company and went above and beyond to help me with a claim that was a pain because they weren’t contracted with the warranty company. He was very responsive, pleasant, knowledgeable and empathetic. He genuinely cares about his customers. Israel was also great, he was the lead tech and had the best personality! He answered every question with a smile and was extremely knowledgeable. Their customer service is top notch, which is why I’ve decided to purchase a 10 year service plan with them. A company that’s reliable, hard working and provides great customer service is hard to find. I’m beyond grateful for them and will only call them to take care of my AC and plumbing needs. I will forever recommend Andrew and his team to everyone I know.
