  My wife and I are very happy with the service we received from Kevin. A very well dressed knowledgeable technician from Koolline Plumbing Heating and Air LLC. His service were Exemplary and he explained ever step of the process taking time to make sure the job was done correctly. He was on went directly to work it was a pleasure to have a professional of Kevin's caliber at my house. Thank you

  I had a serious situation regarding a new water heater over the weekend which resulted in not having hot water. Kevin, the tech came and analyzed the situation. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and assisted me with coming to a resolution with the landlord. He listened to my concerns as I had out of town guests with no hot water! The problem has been resolved and I will contact Kooline and ask for Kevin with no hesitation if ever a problem should arise. Margo Shirley

  Kooline to the rescue! Our unit was struggling to cool our home down and leaving the nights unbearable to sleep through. We got in contact with Kooline ASAP and Mo dispatched his team over to evaluate our system. Chris and Scott relay the bad news about our system, but after 13 years with it was time to part ways. Mo was great in discussing our options with no pressure and hassle free. After receiving multiple quote the choice was clear, Kooline was the best option for us. Mo was able to get our unit replaced ASAP. We are now enjoying our new efficient unit that outperforms our expectations. Thank you to Mo and his amazing staff for their help during this difficult situation.

  We recently had a line blow under our mobile home on weekend outside of normal operating hours. They were the third company we called and the first company that was able to come out. They told us that it was going to be way more expensive then we could afford, however after talking with the supervisor they were able to get us back up and running. We can't thank them enough for taking care of us the way they did. We strongly suggest them for any plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs you have at anytime. 10/10

  Can't recommend this company enough. We recently had a water hose burst in our bathroom. I called koolline and they had someone out there within an hour. Don came out found the busted hose and fixed it immediately but a lot of damage was done to both my bathrooms hallway and my kitchen. Don went above and beyond. He could have left me to figure it myself but he didn't. He helped me find and amazing restoration company, He explained how my home owners ins could work. He called the restoration guy for me. Who by the way are amazing. Don didn't leave my side. He made sure I was ok, an waited till the other guy got there and he explained what happened and his findings.Im so grateful for Dons kindness. The next day my husband decided to call koolline and have them check our AC unit since the house now has to be remodeled. They sent Mike out, what an amazing young man. My husband met with him on him first. Explained his findings in full detail my husband wanted to see what he was talking about he happily went back up in the addict with my husband and showed him all his findings. Mike had to come back the next day with all the parts and I was home. Mike walked me thru what he found and what he was there to fix, He showed me pictures of the before and after, walked me thru everything he inspected and did. He was kind and I'm a talker he talked and work at the same time. Me and my husband truly just became a life time clients. This company and there employees are absolutely amazing and we are hard to please, picky people. I'd give them 100 stars. Thank you guys for taking great care of us, especially me I was a crying mess and they made sure I was ok first.
