  Can not recommend and absolutely not reliable at all.Waited for their service for up to three days and all I could get from them is disappointment.

  I am not a DIY type. Kyle from Kooline came to our rescue. We were having issues with our softener resin tank. Our tank was still under warranty, but Kyle had to come twice to help us jump thru the hoops the manufacturer needed for them to honor their warranty. Once the new tank arrived, Kyle was back to install replacement tank and dispose of the bad tank. Three trips, all for less than $300. I will use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

  Kooline was great! I had my backyard outdoor faucet spraying water everywhere. I called & they were out within an hour & replaced old piping in both the front & back hose fittings so now I’m good to go for another decade!! They have always been my “go to” because of their fast dependable service!

  We had a clogged tub and made several other calls but no one could provide same-day service except Kooline! The office gal was able to assist in finding help, and Kyle was on his way to us really soon. From when I called to his arrival was probably no more than 2hrs. He texted and called when en route and then called to follow up when he was done which was less than 30 minutes! Couldn't have asked for anything more spontaneous and thorough. And this was all on a late day of a Friday! Thanks Kooline Plumbing, Heating and Air LLC!

  The company was local, which is a huge plus to keep taxpaying money for the betterment of the city. The job performed at my house was drain cleaning and they did a great job. They ran the snake all the way to the main drain to clear any obstruction to unclog the pipe. Before the Tech left, we ran a quick test to confirm pipes were clear. Also, the cost was a more reasonable price than their competitors. Friendly, courteous, and performed cleanup after job was done. Highly recommend.
