  imagine being so dumb to buy one these houses made of paper mache less than 6' from your neighbor, Ashton woods is one of the worst builders, y'all gonna be flipped upside down in your mortgage in 10 years lol good luck

  Bought my home from a sales counselor named Nina Twitty, she was an honest and direct professional. Additionally, the construction manager Miguel was so cool and helpful throughout our process of purchasing our home sight unseen. Hands down the best home buying experience with the best counselor and construction team.

  Terrible Experience with Ashton Woods – Avoid at All Costs! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ashton Woods. After going through the process of purchasing a home, I decided not to move forward with the deal due to the negligence of the construction superintendent and the complete refusal to address critical issues that were found during the inspection. The home had several serious problems that should have been fixed before closing, however Ashton Woods superintendent showed no willingness to comply with reasonable requests for repairs. Even worse, after deciding not to purchase the home, I’ve been left disputing to get my earnest money deposit refunded. It’s been an unreasonable amount of time with no response, and I am still out my money. The lack of professionalism and accountability from this company is shocking. I highly recommend avoiding Ashton Woods if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. They clearly don’t prioritize their customers or take responsibility for their mistakes.

  My client walked through the models last month as they were in town for the day from California. They were just looking and did not even have their home on the market yet. They gathered some information and went on their way. Today as their home is now on the market and they are ready to move forward I reached out to make a connection and start the process for my client I was informed by the sales rep Chris that I cannot represent my client and if I did it would be "automatic firing for him". I have been a REALTOR for 10 years and I have represented many Buyers in New Build Contracts and this is the first time I have ever heard of a job being on the line. This has forced my Buyers to be unrepresented in the purchase of their home. A home in which they are building from out of state and will not be present to ensure everything is going smoothly and correctly. This screams unethical and leaves the Buyers open for misrepresentation.
