  Starlight homes have been some of the worst people I have ever worked with in general. They slap houses together and call it a day. When you need stuff fixed it takes months. It took 3 months to get our internet INSTALLED because no one ever ran the cables because it had been crushed under the surface. I couldn’t work for THREE months because we had no internet. Fast forward to now. We have a sink hole from them not properly backfilling the hole. They are blaming it on HOA saying it came from a leak. Yet there was a huge pile of dirt they never put back in. I mentioned my fear of my kids getting injured by this giant hole and nothing! Well yesterday my kiddos were out front with me while I was doing the garbage for Tuesdays and one of my kids twisted their ankle. So my husband went in himself to fix it the best he could without proper equipment so our kids won’t be at risk of getting hurt anymore. Our cabinets are not secured to the wall I’ve filed a warranty request from that and the lady reached out to me ONCE and has yet to follow up again on it. I am absolutely upset by the lack of communication. My children are getting injured by there incompetence. Now the cabinets I fear may fall, do my kids need to get injured by those before anyone does anything? Because at that point there will be a lawsuit for negligence and endangering my children! Not to mention holes in our vents that were supposed to be fixed prior to moving we got those fixed. I’ve since noticed missing grout and baseboards leaving open spaces for bugs and debris to hide and build up. Do not buy from them if you want a home where people actually keep their word and communicate with you. Because here at starlight? They do not. Can’t even have the common curtesy to follow up and respond back to you on situations that leave you concerned for your CHILDRENS safety.

  A lot of people are angry and complaining, even though they didn’t qualify for a home in the first place. Starlight made their dream come true.Alex is super nice, and so is his entire team. Some people forget where they came from—many were living on the third floor of an apartment and are now lucky to be homeowners thanks to the over-the-top incentives they received. Instead of complaining about everything, be grateful. Call KB Homes and see if they give you the same deal. lol these are people like you and me give them a chance !

  As a realtor I love bringing my buyers to Starlight. I usually start there, homes are affordable but I know they are a quality builder, We have done 3rd party inspections independent of the builders, and they have passed with flying colors. This gives me a lot of peace of mind that my clients are buying a quality home. The sales staff is awesome and everyone is very responsive and helpful
