  If you need any work done on your A/C I suggest you call 911 Air Repair! The technician Alberto was amazing, they came same day and within the scheduled window. The technician was honest and professional. I’ve never gotten better service from any other company I’ve had come out. Thank you guys so much for what you do and you have a new customer for life.

  We have needed to separate our heating and cooling in our in-law suite to help compensate for the undersized unit that the builder installed on our house for many years now. We had the work done while we were on vacation and came home to a pleasantly cool house at the end of June in Arizona. Jose and Ray were amazing and made the process as painless as possible. Zero percent financing was also a great option for us. Thank you 911 Air Repair!

  We had Lupe from 911 Air Repair out to look at an ongoing problem we’d been having with some areas of our house being hotter than others. Lupe took the time to measure the airflow from each of our vents and found some vents were putting out more air than the others. He then made adjustments to our systems dampers to ensure the airflow from all of our vents was balanced and all areas were getting the same amount of air. I can’t tell you what an amazing improvement this has made. Before these adjustments Lupe made, our master bedroom was unbearable, while other rooms were very uncomfortable to be in. Thanks to his taking the time to diagnose and assess the problem and expertise in knowing how to balance our system we now have a home that is comfortable to live in. Thank you to Lupe and the 911 Air Team!

  This is going to be a lengthy detail review. This was the best experience I had with any recent big purchase. From the beginning Jose was the best. He walked me through everything and answered a million questions I had. I'm very hesitant to make such a huge purchase but Jose insured me with the purchase. Like everyone else I spoke with family and friends about AC prices and companies they recommended. Did a ton of research and thankfully, ended up with 911 Air Repair. Their install was gorgeous and the five man technician team who came out to install both of my new Trane air conditioner, furnaces and thermostats were great. Very professional team. Thanks again, Alejandro, Elias, Jaime, Luis and Rey. Now to how this whole thing started and the installation schedule. This all started with the older AC unit slowly heating up the house. We had it fix for a leak in the past and knew it was the same diagnosis. Time line of events. On Saturday, June 13th, 2026, a technician with 911 Air Repair came out and he diagnosis the leak was coming from the attic. Thankfully, a day before Jose reached out to me about financing the AC units. It wasn't a shocker because I'd done my research and was more particular about which model to choose from. After the technician was done he gave the old AC units information to Jose. Jose gave me a couple of options and I choose the Trane 17. I figured I'm just going to replace everything and get it done and over with. Jose and I were messaging that afternoon past their office closing hours and he secured the financing situation for me. Thanks, for staying late Jose and getting me through this stressful situation. Jose also answered even more questions I had about the installation and what was covered. He then immediately made the appointment for Monday, June 15, 2026 to complete the install. In the mean time my house was heating up so I wanted to get this done ASAP. Unfortunately, they're closed on Sundays so that's understandable. It wasn't as hot at the time because we still had one working AC unit. Monday, 6am sharp three trucks towing two trailers and a five man technician team came out. Very professional and spoke to my Wife. Everything was done by 1245 so approximately seven hours and everything was brand spanking new. The old stuff was hauled away on the trailers. A third appointment was then setup on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, for a follow-up. Everything was clean up and nothing was left behind. Wednesday, one technician came and tested everything and painted the attic entry way. It appeared brand new now. Again, very professional helped my Wife with the digital thermostats with all the spaceship settings. Compare to my twenty year old unit this thing was out of this world. Lastly, I kept in touch with Jose and he explained they registered my units already so I didn't have to do anything. Both of the ten year parts and labor warranty was registered and completed by them. They kept copies at their office and emailed me a copy.. Jose then sent a link for an electrical rebate and I immediately filled it out online. Again, thanks for everything guys. 911 Air Repair has an awesome team and literally takes care of everything for you. Looking forward to signing up for their AC tune-up and keep these units running as long as possible. Hope this helps someone out there on committing to making their big AC purchase with 911 Air Repair.

  Jose came to inspect and give me an estimate. AC had been out over a year. His estimate was on par with others, actually a little less for a Trane 4 ton instead of a 3.5 as quoted by others. He explained why a 4 ton was better for my home and that it wasn't costing me more. I also received a 3% discount for wiring the payment vs using a credit card. He thoroughly explained what they would do and why as well as provided it in writing with pictures. He explained they would register for the warranty and provided warranty through a 3rd party that would transfer with home should I sell and still be in place should they no longer be in business. He communicated well and was responsive. Once I had funding secured he had advised he could get people out within 48 hours to do the work. However he called and said he was able to get them in the next day! The employees were kind and professional. Cleaned up after and I was able to work while they worked. Very happy so far. I would highly recommend them.
