  Very professional and informative!! Lupe is second to none with customer service. No one gets my business when dealing with my ac except for 911 ac repair. I’ve had them replace one of my units. Did it in less than a week my ac went out. Had them do a tune up. And also replace a capacitor. Great price for the quality work they do!! Why go anywhere else!

  911 replaced my unit 5 years ago! They still had me in their system! They came out immediately when my unit stopped cooling then all together stopped blowing air. Patrick arrived and was respectful and found the problem quickly offered the repair and had it fixed quickly! Offered a cleaning! 911 ac repair is a staple in Maricopa and expanding as they should! We are lucky to have them! Thank you guys!

  My first experience with them was with my original a/c unit from 2005. A patt was needed and one company quoted me at $1,500. My warranty company at the time said they weren't going to cover it, that it was too high. The company that came out also charged me for coming out because I live in Maricopa. Then I found 911 Air Repair because they were in Maricopa. The gentleman who came out quoted me for half the price the others quoted without me telling him anything. Right there made me feel good that they weren't going to oversell or gouge me. After that we've had excellent service throughout the years and we recently bought 2 new units from them. I highly recommend them for us Maricopians.
