  Very happy with my service, I scheduled an install for a mini split and the next day it was in and working. Robert was very professional and showed me what he was doing every step of the way. Highly recommend

  Had my house repiped due to an underground slab leak. Unfortunately the job ran a few days longer than projected due to unforeseen difficulties when working on an old house and the extreme heat of working in an attic during summer time. James was very professional and friendly and kept me informed every step of the process. Thank you James

  Dusting was very thorough, inspecting everything that had to do with plumbing. RO system, hot water heater, valves under all the sinks inside and outside valves. We need to get a new water regulator he said. But that will have to wait right now.

  Thompson Family Plumbing is my new go-to for ALL things plumbing & septic!! After 4 other companies had been here but no help, these guys came out and not only found & solved the problem(s) quickly and efficiently, but they did so with such kindness! Travis B. is amazing, he kept all the moving parts going with very thorough explanation, from excavation to pumping & assessment on our septic to chasing prior homeowners "special" made sewer lines and mystery Tees to nowhere, all the while keeping my spirits up at some of the "luck" we had! The scope of work was all over the property and all of the techs were very skilled in their specific area(s) - I immediately felt confident in all of their work; Shout-out to Mike C for coming at the end of day & staying late til we were certain the septic was good, Jesse T. & Jordan J. for chasing down and finding the "mystery tee" that never should have been, and clearing the clog. Then Jordan J coming back to excavate in 115° weather to elimate that tee and correctly plumb that sewer line, including adding clean outs so we have access going forward. Y'all are the best & will get recommended every time I hear plumbing of any sort mentioned. Thank you!

  Very helpful. Spied out my septic for me. Will get back with an estimate tomorrow. I was also offered a free one year $250 package and starbucks card from Camilo because I waited Thursday and no one showed. Friday no one showed... but Cesar was great today!!
