  Chris and Aaron needed to come out. They are awesome! We had the AC fixed on 8-1 and they had to come out again today. Free to tell us it’s the filter! Went from a merv11 to an merv 8. But our duct opening is small so We need a merv3 filter! Thanks Guys for your help!

  Blaine was absolutely the best technician we have ever encountered. He was knowledgeable regarding our plumbing issue he knew exactly what to do. He was courteous and very polite he went way above and beyond to help us get the exact hot water heater he was professional in every way and we could not have asked for a better experience. It's very unusual to find such excellent service these days, however, Blaine provided it and we are very grateful. Thank you, Tom and Pat.

  Our ac unit stopped working in the middle of a 120 degree day. Chris Wilson came out and got our system up and running and explained everything he did and why the system wasnt working. He was very informative and very friendly. Great customer service!! I would recommend him 100%.

  Our technician Jacob Vasquez showed up before our scheduled 12-6pm timeframe as it was over 95 degrees inside our house, he quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue of a bad capacitor, a blown fuse on our air handler, thoroughly cleaned out the heat sink, which also fixed a high pressure fault and replaced a worn contactor, he was professional and courteous and I couldn't have asked for better service, thanks for saving our family from the heat Jacob! And if other customers see this, it is definitely worth being an Ambient edge VIP customer, it pays for itself!!
