  My builder uses All American Air to install their AC units now I see why. It’s nine years after my house was built one of my units went out. I called All American. They showed up right away Cole. The technician was so polite could communicate very well smiled shook my hand. This is old school service. I really appreciate your company and how you train your people. Great job. Mel T

  I sent an email about concerns I had about our A/C unit to Sherry. A few hours later she called and scheduled a technician to come out the next day!!! Dennis came out and did a thorough assessment and our grill was loose and be vibrating. Dennis said he would have us called when the part came in. They called that afternoon and scheduled for him to cond out this morning. I have never gotten better service anywhere and like this!!!! We are so impressed with All American Air and have referred a neighbor previously and will be sure to refer anyone we hear that needs a reliable product and exceptional service!!!

  Sun nite our mini split stops working… Called All American Air Mon morning…service tech arrived a few hrs later. Trouble shot the problem, had the part in stock and the unit was back up and running a few hours later. Service tech had to go get the part, the part was defective, got another one… unfortunately that was wasted time on the techs part, no fault of his tho…. Bottom line after a few trips into the attic in the extreme heat and the extended service time over the defective part… not one additional $$ over the quoted service charge. Friendly, on time, received a text with est time arrival, a personal call from the tech stating on his way fast service reasonable price. No reason to call any other company.

  The service was excellent. Our air had stopped working the night before, and I called All American Air without realizing they were closed. I left a message and got a call back within minutes. Since it wasn’t an emergency, I decided to wait until the next morning to make an appointment. I planned to call around 9, but just after 8, they called me, and we scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. When Christopher arrived, he explained his plan and kept me updated throughout the process. Before long, he had everything working again and blowing out cold air. I would like to thank the All American Air team for saving our day.

  My AC unit was operating but not keeping cool - I called All American Air at around 8am on a Monday morning explained the situation and by noon Jon the service technician was at the house within the noon-2 pm window for arrival I had been given Jon checked the entire system and clearly explained the diagnosis to me that he had discovered. Then clearly provided me with my options and made his professional recommendation he did not try and upsell me anything. By 1:30 the system was operating within specifications and the price I was charged was very fair for the exceptional level of service I was provided. I would also like to make mention of the ladies in the office that answered the phone and scheduled the appointment they clearly asked me questions about the issue and were very kind and attentive while scheduling my same day appointment Overall 5 star experience with exception Big thanks to the entire team Steve P.
