  My water valve handle broke off on Friday morning, spewing water like a jet stream, so I had to shut off the water to my house. My warranty company, Fidelity, could not get someone out here until MONDAY! They expected me to be without water, in this heat for 3 days!! I called Plumbing by Jake, Layla was so kind and patient, cause I was kinda freaking out, and they were able to get a technician out by late afternoon. My tech patiently waited as I rambled on, he explained why it happened, had the issue fixed in 20 minutes, made sure everything was in working order before leaving and it didn’t cost a fortune! I definitely will be using them again for future issues!

  We had a whole house water conditioner installed. The scheduling was easy and the communication with the office was not only professional, but amazing. The technician, Travis Mangrum arrived exactly as scheduled. He walked us through precisely what the work would entail, and carefully explained all options very clearly for us. He performed the installation quickly and efficiently, explaining everything he did. He took his time to make sure we had all our questions answered. We are super happy and pleased with everything! We highly recommend Ambient Edge, and we are especially pleased with the work performed by Travis….he is simply awesome! If I could give a rating of six stars I would!

  Google Review – Ambient Edge dba Plumbing By Jake My Navien tankless water heater developed a leak, so I contacted Ambient Edge dba Plumbing By Jake. They diagnosed the unit, charged the agreed diagnostic fee of $404.25, and provided me with a written proposal totaling $9,451.41 to replace the tankless water heater and install a water softener. They also explained that the diagnostic fee would be credited toward the installation if I accepted their proposal. Before making a final decision, I decided to obtain a second opinion. I ultimately chose a different course of action, and my existing water heater was successfully repaired instead of being replaced. I am not disputing the diagnostic fee because I agreed to it, and I am not seeking a refund. My reason for writing this review is simply to encourage other homeowners to consider getting a second opinion before authorizing the replacement of expensive equipment. In my experience, obtaining a second opinion made a significant difference.
