I wanted to share a little story about this company. This family owned company. I live upgrade about 35 miles outside of Kingman, Arizona. And I was no longer Able to use the company that was delivering my water for multitude of reason. And for several weeks, I tried calling companies to deliver water for me and I have many dogs, goats and chickens and as you would imagine I go through quite a bit of water. This was during the middle of the summer and it was quite hot out here. I was also having problems with electricity, but that’s a whole different story. No one was willing to travel to me to deliver water. I was quite shocked and getting desperate actually after a multitude of phone calls and no answers and no returns. I got a hold of Oasis Pump. The gentleman who answered the phone was so kind and Dare I say compassionate. He didn’t even know me, but he listened. I’m embarrassed to admit that I was crying. I barely had water to give to my animals. I was using bottled water. He came out right away and delivered water. He was actually worried That he was gonna have charge me for delivery. Because of how far he was. And at first, he wasn’t gonna do it because he didn’t want to charge me unfairly. He was so kind and concerned, but after I explained my situation to him, he came right out. I told him I understand the charge and I don’t mind it. I just need water, and his son came out and delivered water to me right away. His son is a very nice gentleman. His name is Wyatt. And since then over the last few months, they’ve been delivering water as I need it within just a few days. Of my requesting it. I know this is kind of long, but I wanted you to understand. This is not like anything I’ve experienced. It’s very difficult for me to get people to work on my property because they don’t want to drive out here and I respect that but this man and his family and his company Has gone out of their way to assist me and help me. And if I were you no matter where you live I most definitely would use them and give them a call. They’re phenomenal. So far I’ve had many drivers out here and every single one of them has been kind, considerate respectful . And that is more than I can say for many people that have been on my property unfortunately I would use these people and continue to over and over and over again. I want to thank all of you for everything that you’ve done and I hope you have a beautiful Thanksgiving and even better new year . I truly appreciate all of your help.
