  Our air confined died a called Ambient on Monday. They recommend a new one so we purchased one. Ryan, Hooper and Jeremy installed it. They were professional, friendly. We couldn't have gotten beer service. True professionals. Also, a shout out to Aaron who walked us thru the different units. STRONGLY recommend Ambien Edge.

  My elderly father called Ambient Edge for a no-cooling issue on 6/29/26. Their own technician's invoice states the compressor and capacitor tested fine — yet we were charged $1,227 for a "bundle" that included replacing that same capacitor, plus a contactor and an unexplained "soft start" module, financed through a third party without clearly explaining the terms to my father. The repair failed within 18 days. On 7/16, they diagnosed the compressor as "shorted to ground" and quoted roughly $23,000 to replace the entire system — despite it still being under a 10-year manufacturer warranty. My father was left without AC for about a week in 100°F+ heat. We called an independent, licensed company for a second opinion. They found only a failed contactor — the same part Ambient Edge had just installed — replaced it for $460, and documented normal compressor amp draw, a healthy temperature split, and good refrigerant pressures. No compressor replacement was ever needed. The system has run fine ever since. When confronted with this, along with inconsistencies in their own diagnostic readings, Ambient Edge refused a refund and stood by their original diagnosis. Get a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs here, especially on anything warranty-related. Response from Ambient Edge on 8-19-2026... Hi Michael, we are deeply concerned to read about your father's experience and the stress this caused during the peak of summer heat, especially given that your system should have been covered under a manufacturer warranty. This is certainly not the level of transparency or care we expect our team to provide. We take matters involving diagnostic accuracy and financing terms very seriously, and we would like to look into this entire timeline immediately. Please reach out to our management team directly so we can review the service history and discuss this with you. Response to Ambient Edge's response on 8-19-2026 Thank you for the response, but this is the same conversation we already had directly with your General Manager, Steven Lewis, over multiple written exchanges — including sharing the invoice from the licensed company that found and fixed the actual problem (a failed contactor, the same part you'd just installed) for $460, with documented normal compressor readings. Ambient Edge reviewed all of this and confirmed in writing that you would not be issuing a refund, reimbursing that repair, or addressing the financing agreement. If Ambient Edge is now willing to reconsider, I'm glad to hear it — but it should happen based on the documentation already provided, not another round of "let's look into it" that goes nowhere. Complaints have been filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and the Arizona Attorney General's Office, and this will be proceeding through Justice Court as well.

  We had a pretty tough case of ‘sick a/c’ to diagnose & repair. It took several long days to complete the job BUT Ambient was here for us EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! Not only did their entire staff (from techs to office) communicate with us frequently both by text & phone but they brought & set up portable units to ensure our comfort during the delays! The delays were no fault of theirs (an outdated part was VERY hard to track down!) yet they were not only timely in communication, they were gracious as well!! I joined their VIP program & HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT to everyone who lives in their service area. Their customer service is outstanding and our air conditioning is working like new! We are extremely pleased with them & will recommend them to everyone in the future!

  I can't say enough about this company. They were the first ones I called and made me feel at ease right away. Their first technician that came out, Trevor was quite knowledgeable , super friendly and very honest . Because my unit was 24 years old, there was no sense of repairing it do to the age, so he suggested a complete install .Kevin, the installer, he was equally amazing, very friendly, very helpful and we did this all while we were out of town. They both had great communication. And i'm very happy with their service . The whole team here was a huge help.Very friendly highly recommend.

  Chris did a great job in diagnostic and explaining the issue of the HVAC system. He explained that the return air duct was under as sized and dumping onto the fan. He ordered what was needed and installed, great job and very knowledgeable. We did the VIP for one year, that's when things went to the crapper. Went down to office here in Kingman after one month to pay in full and they charged me more than the monthly payment to pay off. The receptionist said that is the the way it is. Told her that was more than the monthly fee for twelve months, they didn't care. Next I had a plumbing inspection, part of the one year VIP I payed for. Set day for this and did not show, there excuse, bla bla bla. The next week the plumbing tech showed up did his thing and tried to sell me on a new drain valve for hot water heater, $450.00, the part is $15.00 and no more than 20 minutes to install. Next was the anode rod, replacement $600.00 plus, part is $60.00. Being a retired general contractor for 40 years I knew this was a total bend you over. It's a shame because the initial project with Chris was excellent! Older people and the uninformed beware, you could be getting ripped off.
