  I called with a semi-urgent request and they came the next morning. Jacob showed me exactly what the issue was, explained what he was going to do before he started and I felt the process was reasonable. He was straightforward and honest and did and excellent job. I would use him again!

  Both technicians did an awesome job of installing our new AC system. They were very professional and friendly. The install was done in a timely manner and after looking over the work done, we are very satisfied. We were shown how the new system works and the proper way of maintaining it. After 13 years of no AC and surviving on swamp coolers and window AC units.. we have an awesome unit to get through these hot summers with. Thank you Ambient Edge and a big thank you to the tech's.

  On April 18, 2026 the technician came out because the AC unit was not blowing anything out. So the technician fixed it. Then on May 6, 2026 the exact thing happened again. So I called Ambient Edge and had a technician come out again because was only less than 3 weeks when the first technician came out. So my tenant were home and welcomed the technician into their house. I received a phone call approximately 1 hour or so later from the technician. He said something was gone and ICED UP!!!!!!! I said there was nothing iced up because the technician on April 18th had the whole unit apart on the roof. And their was nothing iced up when he left. The technician on April 18th sent me pictures of the unit on roof all taken apart. So I know that he was stating the truth about that. So I told technician on the phone I refuse to pay Ambient Edge one single penny for anything that the technician messed up. But if Ambient Edge want to fix it free of charge because the technician on April 18th had it going then like before 19 days later something failed then yes they are responsible for that. But if they expect me to pay anything for the technicians fault then Ambient Edge is nothing but a SCAM COMPANY and that's what I exactly said to the technician on phone today. But he kept saying "Well it was time to go and I would have to pay for it". I disagreed with him stating "I will not pay for anything when Ambient Edge technician was out less than 3 weeks ago and it was running fine for 3 weeks then something went all of a sudden is not right or MY RESPONSIBILITY it is the RESPONSIBILITY OF AMBIENT EDGE TO FIX IT. Kept stating warranty because everything is under warranty if only less than 3 weeks go by and the motor or whatever the technician stated seized and was covered in ice. So the technician started stating well I was going to send you the itemized bill but will not send it to you. I stated yes you will send me the bill that Ambient Edge expects me to pay and all the information he stated to me so I can take it to my lawyer and sue Ambient Edge. And said I was hanging up and goodbye. Then hung up. We spent 7 minutes and 49 seconds on the phone and I accomplished nothing. And I also emailed Ambient Edge at one of their email address that can receive emails stating this fact to Ambient Edge. And if they REFUSE TO FIX THEIR PROBLEM then I am so done with Ambient Edge. And I am a VIP Memeber with them. So Lord willing Ambient Edge will listen to my problem and pay to fix it at their expense and not my expense. Then I will continue to use them. But if they do not pay for it then I will be done Ambient Edge forever. And even though I recently paid for the 1 year VIP Membership I will lose that money and find another company who's honest.

  Prices are double the amount from what other places charge. Totally took advantage of my elderly mother. Put a large unit on a smaller trailer which makes noise when it runs. $14,000 for low end brand. Charges $19.95 a month to ensure that she has top priority. Then tells her that she needs air duct replacement with their follow up air duct cleaning. They charged $1,000 for that. Then $3,000 to replace the air ducts. Which should have been discovered while installing the new unit. Shame on you!! I hope you sleep well at night!
