Aaron Robinson was our tech that came out today, following our appointment from yesterday. Yet another excellent technician! Another very professional and friendly service technician. He had to climb up onto the roof, toting of 50 pound camera system on his back, and took video of our vent stack. He made excellent recommendations when it was finished and now that we know what our options are, we will have Ambient Edge return. Aaron gets a 10 out of 10 rating and for the second day in a row, I’m extremely impressed with their organization.

Jacob was very nice. Explained everything to me understandable. Well done, Jacob. Thank you very much. You did a very good job. It made it cooler for us for the night. Cause it was so darn hot, so now I'm in the cold. Very nice cool, thank you Jacob for letting me be in the cool air now

Derek was very precise tracking down the problem. He had some specialty tools onboard to verify his analysis of the situation. That saved us another appointment. Being able to request a tech familiar with my unit is beneficial for both of us. The VIP package is excellent.

Derek Owens from Ambient Edge came out and fixed my “New” AC unit ..the man is my hero very knowledgeable and with in a short amount of time he recognized the problem and fixed it … climbing in an attic when its 106’ outside is a feat in itself but to go numerous times to identify the problem is amazing thank you Derek and your new trainee you guys are the best!!!
