Ashley performed our HVAC service, as part of our service plan. She was on time, efficient, proficient and personable. We have been clients for several years, keeping our various systems operating correctly. Ashley is another asset to this organization.

A/C went out at 6:00 pm—-in the heat!!! Air Control had agent out in less than 30 minutes!!! He had it repaired in less than another 30 minutes. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We have used Air Control for as long as they have been in Business—I would say 25 plus years. Do yourself a favor and purchase the yearly plan. No cost when Giordon left . Thank you, Air Control!!!!!! Giordon was the best !!!!!

I just have to take a minute to brag on Air Control Home Services! From the moment I made the call to the moment Taylor left, this company was absolutely amazing. Taylor came out to take care of the drain from my washing machine, and he was prompt, professional, friendly, and really took the time to figure things out. Unfortunately, the drain was still clogged and ended up leaking all over my floor after the initial repair. I called them back, and they didn’t hesitate to come back out and make it right. What really impressed me was how they handled the situation. Things don’t always go perfectly, but it says a lot about a company when they stand behind their work, respond quickly, and make sure the customer is taken care of. Taylor was great throughout the entire process and even cleaned up the mess. I’m so thankful for the great customer service and for a company that truly cares about its customers. Thank you, Taylor and Air Control Home Services, for taking care of me and making sure the job was done right! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
