  Air Control Home Services is a great company with excellent customer service. Alex - who came out to help us with our AC - is fantastic! Great customer service and prompt response. Came out on a Friday afternoon and made sure we had AC for the weekend. Very nice and made sure that we would get our wiring situation handled promptly. Highly recommended.

  Nicholas was professional, friendly and knowledgeable in his field. He explained everything regarding immediate and predictable changes that could enhance the system output and function. I would highly recommend this company. The staff is wonderful!

  What a outstanding experience, I was starting to wonder if customer service was ever come back. The last couple times no matter where you went, service was going down the tubes fast. Mr. Brown was very easy to work with and knew his job. The best service I've had in a long time. Thank You Very Much.

  Service tech Greg L. was amazing! He spent several hours on the phone with the HVAC manufacturer but, ultimately, the outdoor unit was too far gone for repair (rodent damage). The next day project manager Brian B. came out and quoted a complete system replacement. Within a couple of business days, a team came out and removed all the old components and installed new ones. Everyone was friendly and professional. They cleaned up both interior and exterior before the installation team departed. Communications with everyone, from techs to office staff, were excellent! They kept me apprised throughout the process and showed up as expected, letting me know exact arrival times. I signed up for the semi-annual maintenance program and look forward to an ongoing relationship with Air Control Home Services. I would highly recommend them!
