  The person I spoke with this morning was excellent and set me up for today to have our garage door serviced. We really appreciated all that Gavin did to make the garage door be so quiet now and to sync the garage door opener. We appreciate your company...thank you.

  Cables were broken; garage door wouldn’t work. Came within 3 hours of our phone call. Gave estimate which we felt was reasonable. Mark fixed it, oiled all the springs & wheels. Noticed something with our chains. Addressed that. Adjusted the sensors on both large door & golf cart garage door. VERY HAPPY with service and price. Will call them again.

  I had an accident with my automatic driveway gate and honestly thought I was looking at an expensive repair and days without a working gate — a huge inconvenience right after just moving in. I called Green Valley Garage Doors and they answered right away. Gavin from their team came out almost immediately, and in less than an hour my gate was back up and running like new. Excellent, fast, and professional service. Highly recommend — this is exactly the kind of company you want to have on speed dial when something unexpected happens.

  They were quick from the call i made this morning. While my brother is here this weekend - he said Home depot would have the same opener $400 less I went ahead and had the guys replace the opener with the lift master and an outside keypad. We programmed it together so we know the car opener works etc! They only took an hour and all was done and they will do the warranty paperwork! All I did was write a ck! I would highly recommend them- Mark was my technician!

  So yesterday, I was taking a phone call from my brother, got in my car, and completed the conversation (without the transition of cell to Bluetooth). After the conversation was over, I backed out — **directly into** my CLOSED Garage Door — that I neglected to open, prior to the conversation😫 Fortunately, it was a gentle "roll-back," so no damage to my 2025 Camry ... However, UNfortunately, the frame of my garage door was bent ... and the rollers no longer are aligned ... nor are they any longer where they should be. The sad thing is, no alcohol or drugs were involved😅🥲😇 Just my human stupidity ... which (ahem) fortunately "only" cost me $154.97👹 With a little bit more of "surrounding awareness" this would have been "free" stupidity😅 ... That said, GREEN VALLEY GARAGE DOORS, responded the quickest, and HELD CLOSE TO THEIR INITIAL ESTIMATE of $150. The technician, GAVIN, was exemplary. I never want to do this again, but if I do (😅) GREEN VALLEY GARAGE DOORS, is who I will call. Their first response was before 6 AM. Who else does this??
