  These guys are great. They put in my system while I was out of state for years and rented my home out. I didn’t get to see the work they done replacing my system till a few years later when I moved back into my home. It had a cosmetic issue about the installation I didn’t like but lived with it for the past 4 years. Lately I heard the owner of the company on a radio commercial talk about and I am paraphrasing, if you as a customer are not happy with something or something not done right, they will make it right. Well, this week I decided to test his words and called them. I explained the issue of what I was not happy with and they scheduled a service call quickly. They came, they looked and they fixed the issue to my liking. Real great service, what more is there to say. Thank you, Brian and Austin. Great job!

  Our AC stopped working last night, luckily we had a little Ac to get us through the night. A neighbor of ours recommended HVAC and Plumbing. John come in and took a thorough look at our ac unit. We had a company some in before to give us a free estimate. They just looked at it and said to get a new one, it's old. John actually opened the Ac and looked inside and showed me what's wrong with it. He showed me the parts. He even went to the attic and showed me other problems. It was clear we needed a new ac. He took the time to show and explaine what was wrong and I appreciated that. I'm so happy we found a trustworthy company to keep coming back to. I would recommend them to anyone for now on.

  I had just had the A/C system checked and was told everything was working fine. Sure enough 3 days later the system stopped working. I called A Quality and they had a technician, Jared, out to my house within 90 minutes. Jared examined the Units and consulted with co-workers regarding his findings to determine the reason the system stopped working. He showed me his instrument readings so I could understand what the problem was. A repair plan was discussed and a repair estimate provided .

  ​ My personal experience with an employee consisted of being ran into the curb while their van came into my lane trying to side swipe me while I was traveling parallel in my vehicle. Unsafe driver! I was lucky enough to avoid a major accident. Whoever was driving north on Bullard between encanto and Indian school at 6:12 pm on 6/18/26 needs to go through a proper driving course and maybe learn how to put the phone down while driving a company vehicle. In the picture he knew I was going to take of him as he pulled up next to me, he appeared to be clapping. I know I did a good job avoiding your poor driving.

  I am so pleased with A Quality HVAC! I called at almost 5pm for my AC, which had completely died, and they were able to send out someone within the hour (not to mention how friendly and helpful they were on the phone!) Manny came out and got my system working, but he also gave me a selection of estimates for moving forward since my AC is ancient and still running on a coolant that was phased out years ago. Manny was completely wonderful! There was absolutely no pressure for me to decide one way or another, but he worked hard to get me the best deal he could and gave me time to think about my options. Ultimately, I decided to get a new system in the coming weeks, and I'm very happy that A Quality HVAC will be doing the work for me. I highly recommend them based on the service I received and I will definitely be using them again!
