  I was having issues with the a.c. unit and after much trial and error decided to contact A Quality and they were able to get a technician out to me in less than an hour. The technician Enrique Hernandez arrived and greeted me with a great attitude and more than willing to help demeanor. He arrived and got straight to it all while also walking me through what he was checking, how something should be acting and why something could be occurring without a semblance of annoyance. He answered all my questions as best he could and it was more than enough. I did end up going with his services a day later after he explained the process and what he would need to do. The day of service Enrique arrived promptly and unfortunately I was at work but the person who received him explained his work ethic and demeanor the same way that I would. Someone who is willing to help, inform and clearly takes pride in his profession in such a way that you can’t help but notice and appreciate them for it.

  Technician (Jerry) was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Great representation of the company. The diagnosis and estimate for replacement was reasonable. Thanks. Update: Installers (Ivan and Abraham) were right on schedule. Great attitude, professional and installation of new unit went smoothly. Thanks again. Follow-up: Again, Technician (Jared) did a follow-up on making sure things were running smoothly and was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again.

  Thumbs up on great customer service from the dispatchers and especially the technician Dominec Hernandez; From the beginning before his arrival to my home he was making contact giving updates and on arrival he explained what he was going to do. He provided exceptional detail on all his work. Very knowledgeable and great personality and customer care and service. I highly recommend the company and ask for Dominec…! Also the company offers a great year plan service. They do all of what you need in HVAC..! 🤜🏼👊🏼✊🏼😎. Thank you Dominec

  I called A Quality HVAC for service since the A/C not cooling. An appointment was scheduled for the same day within a couple hours. Service tech John arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Less than four hours after my call the house cooling down again! Some parts in the 14-year old system were at the end of their life and needed to be replaced. He would have done the work that night but at my request was able to come back the next morning to complete the work. Communication was above expectations and John treated my house as if it was his own. I highly recommend A Quality HVAC.

  After 19 years and several struggling summers with our A/C, we figured this would be the year to replace it. We’d used A Quality in the past and frankly didn’t know who else to choose after our trusted local company shut down. They aren’t cheap, but they are honest. We have had horrible experiences with their competitors. A Quality technicians are all professional, knowledgeable, personable and thorough. On the phone as well. When I went to make the appointment, I got AI, which I’m growing accustomed to but don’t exactly care for, but immediately I received a return phone call from a real live human being, very sweet and kind. After the installation when I had my doubts about the temperature, the company immediately took action. They sent someone out to ensure the installation was done properly, and then they sent a second technician another day to double check. That was Aidan, and I have to say, he had the best customer service skills of them all! He was extremely knowledgeable, understood what was going on, knew how to communicate well, and was super conscientious and considerate, picking up every smidgen of insulation he left behind from the attic. Others were good, but not quite that good. I’ve never seen anyone like that before. He needs a promotion! A Quality also offers a 10- year warranty with their product but without the insistence of an annual subscription like their competitors, so it’s a one and done. Far better option! It’s been a few weeks now, and so far, everything is running smoothly. But I know if there are any issues, I can call, and they’ll have my back. I would recommend the company for sure.
