  Troy from Clear Water Concepts was fantastic and provided EXCELLENT customer service. He replaced our RO system after 10 years and made the whole process easy. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything, including maintenance and warranty details. He also checked our soft water system, which is still running great after all these years (over 10 years, also through Clear Water Concepts). The office staff, Ashley and Kyle, are always friendly and helpful as well. We’re in Glendale near Banner Thunderbird Medical Center, and I highly recommend Clear Water Concepts. They’ve earned a customer for life!

  Clear Water Concepts did my one year check up today for my home in Desert Mountain. The water softening and RO systems were working perfectly. The tech, Eddie, walked me through everything and did an excellent job. I highly recommend these guys

  Location: Peoria, Vistancia in Trilogy. Developed a leak in our SW System’s Resin tank now 10yrs old, builder new construction installed. Came across Clear Water Concepts with High positive reviews. Validated my selection from initial inquiry and found out we had a System 2x the size recommended. Appreciate the knowledge to select the proper size/system. Easy to set up schedule, technician Hunter M arrived on time, excellent removal and installation, very clean working and haul away of the old. Very fair pricing with USA made product. Very Satisfied. Make the call!

  This is the second time I utilized Clear Water Concepts for water treatment. Their pricing is fair, the systems are high quality, and technicians are very professional and do a great job. They also have a good warranty program. My recent install was done by Zachary who was very professional and did a great installation. I highly recommend Clear Water concepts for your water treatment needs. This is now my third time utilizing Clear Water Concepts. I had them install a new upgraded Reverse Osmosis System for drinking water and ice maker. Zachary again did the installation and did a great job. I will once again highly recommend Clearwater Concepts for your water treatment needs.
