  We remodeled our kitchen with under counter lighting and relocated outlets and switches at our island. Austin's electrician kept the work area clean, worked quickly and was extremely polite. We couldn't ask for a better experience. When he completed the job, we decided to change out more outlets, and they were able to accommodate the same day. Job well done. Thank you, Austin Electric.

  Austin Concrete was fantastic to work with. We needed a section of our pool deck cut and removed, and their team made the entire process easy from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and showed up when they said they would. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. They took care to leave the area clean and treated our property with respect throughout the project. It's refreshing to work with a contractor who is both skilled and customer-focused.   Austin HVAC has been our go-to HVAC company for years, and they've consistently exceeded our expectations. They previously serviced and maintained our older unit, performing seasonal tune-ups and helping keep it running efficiently through both the summer heat and winter months. When it came time to replace the unit, their team handled a complex installation that required bringing in a crane to lift the new equipment onto our roof. The entire process was seamless, well-coordinated, and professionally executed. Their technicians were knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything along the way. We've worked with Nick, Larry, and Sheila, and their after-hours responsiveness has been great, including responding on a weekend evening once when our unit just stopped working. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. We highly recommend Austin HVAC for both routine maintenance and major HVAC projects.

  Jose Ballesteros and the rest of the team at Austin Electric did an outstanding job for us. We recently removed a large exterior deck that had begun to rot, which required relocating and replacing the electrical conduit and service line that ran through the structure. The Austin Electric team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, completed the work safely and efficiently, and left everything looking clean and organized. It's clear they take pride in their craftsmanship and do things the right way. We were extremely impressed with both the quality of their work and the professionalism from the whole team.   Our oven on our new build home with woodside homes was basically installed as a fire hazard. Our oven stopped working when I had something else running on the other side of the kitchen and we called appliance repair first and they found problems with installation. There was no junction box the wires were too small and we found out that they sliced the microwave wire that is right next to where the junction box should be. Not just this but when we first moved in everything in the kitchen was on one circuit breaker and kept popping off when we had cabinet lights on. They did fix that the first year but don’t expect these guys to do it right the first time with no integrity to begin with. I will not call them to fix because I don’t trust the safety of my home in their hands. I’m just grateful that nothing ever caught on fire especially from the debris of the cabinets shavings left behind from drilling directly were the junction box should have been. It bothers me that people just don’t do the right thing to begin with
