Got the rental set up online, and then the day before the rental I got a call stating they will not rent a trailer unless you are also renting equipment. This is not stated anywhere on the website when I made the initial reservation.

- RHRonald HunklerJan 26, 20225.0So far I have been very satisfied with the way united has managed my rental, but because the first machine was not the proper one for my project, according to the tech person to try to use this machine at my facility. So conseqintly nothing was done that first day. A new machine was delivered the second day and it was not even unloaded because it was the identical machine as the first day so the nothing got done the second day. A strait boom machine which was supposed to have been delivered the second day was supposed to be delivered the the third day at 5AM and got delivered at 10 AM. But 2 of my best helpers had to leave at noon. So I am hoping I get credit for 2 or 3 days rental?
