  I needed an old window evaporative (swamp) cooler unit disconnected and removed. True North got me on the schedule quickly and handled the job perfectly. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the tech who did the work made sure I was satisfied with the job before leaving. As a business owner, working with locally owned businesses is important to me. Don't hesitate calling True North for your HVAC needs!

  True North Air Conditioning did a fantastic job replacing one of my units. Josh and team were very responsive and took the time to explain the work thoroughly, including all the different options available. Their pricing was fair, and the service was top‑notch. I also had a drain issue that led to water dripping from the ceiling, Josh came out the next day, quickly diagnosed that it was caused by my older unit, and fixed and replumbed it properly. I highly recommend True North and plan to use them again next year for my remaining unit.

  I usually don't leave reviews but the professionalism from this company is amazing. True North sets the standard for service in Arizona. Every technician I’ve interacted with has been thoroughly professional, attentive, and customer-first. It’s clear that great leadership runs through the entire company. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the Valley with my AC needs. Highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, top-tier service!

  Jordan & Nicholas did a great job today sealing all the ductwork on our new Trane units. I really appreciate the fast response time & customer care that True North Air Conditioning exhibited. Drew & Tristin were exceptional as well in setting service appointments & communicating concerns I may have had during the installation process.   Bottom line – Axel Neel is professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled and an efficient technician. He is amongst the best HVAC technicians I have had repair my AC units at my home, my office and my rental properties over the past 50 years!! I was dissatisfied with my previous corporate-owned HVAC service organization, so I did hours of intensive research before selecting True North Air Conditioning. It is family owned & operated, had almost 700 5 star reviews from satisfied customers and all of its technicians are NATE certified. From the reviews I also identified its top 3 reviewed technicians to repair my home AC unit. I called and spoke with Drew, who attentively listened to my description of the problem and the troubleshooting I had already done. I requested one of the top 3 technicians I had selected and Axel was available that afternoon. He arrived on time, we discussed the problem with my AC unit and he went right to work. Within 10-15 minutes of arriving, he isolated the cause. The price of the part was reasonable and I approved the work. He was at my house working for less than an hour. I was very impressed with Axel and his work. I will definitely be switching to True North Air Conditioning for all my future HVAC service needs and will be requesting Axel do the work. Thank you!!
