  I so appreciated Jordan! He installed my garage door opener, key pad, tried to get the My Q app working, however the latest CenturyLink Modem will not let it connect to WiFi… he went above and beyond with the Tech ( if you want to call them that) to try to get it to work. It seems I need to downgrade my modem to get it to work. Thanks so much Jordan for your patience and professionalism! I truly appreciate it!

  So I didn’t pull far enough into my garage and the door came down on the back of my truck, and before it could pop back up again, one corner came off the track. From my first phone call to the completed job was only an hour and a half, same day! On a Saturday. Jason was my technician, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at his job! In fact, the customer service gal I initially spoke to on the phone was so friendly and answered so quickly that I thought I was talking to a bot! LOL I highly recommend this family- and veteran-owned garage door business! And so should you, check them out.

  Came home to a broken spring today after traveling from work. I called today around noon. They had a technician on-site by 3:45pm. Pretty decent price for the initial repairs. The door itself is in good shape but sub par plastic and weathered hardware. Opted to upgrade the garage door opener and all the hardware as well. Jordan our technician was done by 7:15pm. Complete, clean, and everything synced to the app and hardware. Definitely worth it including the upgrades.

  Jordon came out to fix my garage door. The previous night, my springs broke and no way to open my garage. So I went online and booked an appointment for first thing the next day (today). The entire process was explained well and the pricing very clear. Staff was in touch with me before Jordon arrived. I own several businesses and the services I received are completely inline with how I run my businesses. Honor, respect, and friendly. I’d you need garage service assistance, look no further. Request Jordon if you can. I really like his style and his level of knowledge and respect.

  Same Day Garage Door Service was awesome they were able to come out as fast as they could to fix my garage door that wouldn't close.and I was able to get into work. A big thank you for taking care of me I was panicking because I didn't know what to do, when the garage door breaks and you can't close it for me panic sets in. Thank you so much for being there and understanding my needs and quickly taking care of my situation. I highly recommend them
