Joseph did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issues with our garage door. He was very communicative throughout the process and took the extra time to inspect everything and let us know about a few improvements that could help with the long-term use and reliability of our garage door components. We really appreciated his thoroughness and are very happy we made the switch to Same Day Garage Door Services. We’ll definitely use them again for our future garage door needs!

I thought I just broke a spring. Turns out I needed other parts replaced as well but this wasn’t an upsell tactic. Jonathan was very transparent and showed me each part as it was replaced. I have enough mfg experience to see wear on bearings. Jonathon was also thorough in making sure all the moving parts (inc one she didn’t replace) were well greased and everything was working.

Mike W rescued me today after my garage door quit working! He was here working for over 2 hours. He explained and showed me both the basic problem and several other parts that desperately needed updating. He never pressured me in a decision. He honestly quoted the price of each repair. He showed me every area that needed attention. He worked tirelessly and got both the small and large door running perfectly. He was personable, kind, polite and on time! Not only will I be using Same Day again for any garage door needs, I will specifically ask for Mike W to be my technician.

Joseph was fantastic. He came through, assessed and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. I had a previous garage company that did a horrible job, and he cleaned up their mess and made it so much better. This is the best my garage has ever run. I will definitely be reaching back out to them and recommending them over anyone in the valley. They're fantastic and Joseph was a rock star

Mike was awesome! We’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue with our garage door not closing because of the sensors, and he was finally able to figure out what was going on and get it fixed. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to troubleshoot the problem instead of just doing a quick fix. After dealing with this for so long, it’s such a relief to have it working the way it should! Really appreciate Mike’s help and would absolutely recommend him and Same Day Garage!
