  Truly amazing service from the crew at Same Day Garage! I called a few places to get quotes and they were the only ones to not only give an actual quick quote but they also were super friendly and super flexible with availability and payment options. Joseph G. Was our Technician and he was great! We hade a popped spring and He came in and immediately knew what it took to get the job done and was super friendly and professional. He came back bright and early to get the job done when it worked with our schedule and got in and out within an hour. I would definitely recommend Same Day Garage Door Services to anyone in the need for garage door repair or even replacement.

  Woke up to a broken spring and unable to open our garage door. They were able to squeeze us in on short-notice on a Saturday. Joseph did a great job of explaining what issues we were having and the safety concerns associated with them. He showed a us a variety of repair plans and never pressured us into one. We were able to use that info to pick the best one that worked for our garage issues and budget.

  Mike showed up earlier than expected and that worked out great! He assessed my garage door problem in virtually seconds and the steps and costs to get the problem fixed was provided again, within seconds. A reasonable cost, no attempts to up-sell, no pressure, just a job to be done. I asked for garage door replacement estimates, we discussed the type of potential replacement and those estimates were emailed within the hour. Bummer I had to meet Mike and utilize his employer's services but beginning to end, repairs were made quickly at a reasonable price. When the time comes to get a new garage door, I'll be sure to contact them for an estimate.

  I contacted Same Day Garage Door Service when one of my springs decided to break, and just like their name says, they sent someone out that day. Jeff inspected all the components of my garage door system and found I had gotten 24,000 cycles out of springs rated for 10-15,000 cycles. We concluded it would be best to order heavy-duty springs with a higher rating and longer warranty. Jeff put a clip on the spring as a temporary fix so I could use my garage door sparingly until the new springs arrived. Within a week I had the new springs installed, and everything is working beautifully!

Today's service visit was outstanding, and it reminded me why I continue to trust them with all of my garage door needs. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely engaged throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain my options, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel pressured. His honesty and expertise gave me complete confidence, and because of the way he presented the benefits and long-term value, I decided to purchase a new garage door opener directly through Same Day Garage Door instead of going through a third party. That decision was made entirely because of the trust he built during the visit. What also stood out was his positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in his work. He was punctual, courteous, respectful of my home, and made sure I understood everything before he left. It's refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about providing excellent customer service. This isn't my first experience with Same Day Garage Door, and that's what makes this review even more meaningful. They have serviced my garage door at least four different times over the years, handling everything from spring replacements to routine maintenance. Every single experience has been exceptional. Even though I've worked with different technicians each time, the level of professionalism, friendliness, and quality workmanship has always been consistent. That says a lot about the company and the people they hire.
