  Jared winters you are amazing and hero a magic worker. thank you so so very much. if your looking for an AC company go with them. we have had another company (pangin air) and they are the worst can not get to customers but one call to rite way and they came out solved the problem and were so nice. sign up for them, dont go anywhere else. Rite way is the Only way

  It was on a Friday evening when I needed a Tech Service Call. Within the hour a Tech was at my door. I was in my home state of Wisconsin and my AZ neighbor was able to let the Tech inside. Two hours later the problem was solved and the A/C was up and running. Being thousands of miles away just adds to the frustration of a problem with our AZ home. However, Tim Stewart (the Tech) was able to assure me that everything was taken care. Can not Thank this company enough for all they did at a moments notice.

  After 1 week of waiting with no AC and 2 failed contractors, Jered from Rite Way came out on short notice took the time to diagnose the problem and got our AC up and running. Jered was polite, patient, and thorough at identifying and resolving our issue. Thank you Jered and Rite Way!!!

  Shawn did a great job. He arrived on time. He checked water filtration system and explained everything. Yair did an excellent job . He diagnosed and fixed my kitchen drain problem. He arrived within the established time frame. He was very courteous and respectful. Cleaned everything up after a very messy job. 5 stars for Yair and Shawn Price indicated below is for drain scoping/cleaning and water filtration system maintenance. It was a busy day at my house.

  Our old AC unit has been struggling this summer so I had Rite Way provide a free second opinion as I was told the unit was working as well as an old unit could with no repairable issues just dirty coils. Virgil one of the Rite Way techs came out and told us we needed $3,000 + in duct work repairs to prevent loss of cold air into our addict which may improve the conditions in our home and to consider a new unit also. Given the high cost I submitted a claim with my homes appliance insurance which required their own assessment before doing the repairs- this was done by Same Day Air Repair. They provided pictures and turns out the ducts are perfectly intact and what was assumed as a damaged vent was a piece of trash ducting left behind- no leaks in the addict and same assessment as the first company Price My AC (very honest owner, should have known they were correct). Virgil with Rite Way was very pleasant and originally seemed to have done an extremely thorough job, HOWEVER if the 1st and 3rd opinion and photos provided are correct, then either there was extreme incompetence or intentional deceit. Either is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience I recommend everyone get a 2nd or 3rd opinion before working with Rite Way and instead go with one of the companies I received an honest assessment from such as Price My AC or Same Day Air Repair.
