I ordered glass tops through Nelson Glass. Everything went smooth through the loading process. I brought multiple blankets for protection and only the workers touched the glass. When I arrived home I had help unloading them, that's when we noticed a chip in one of the pieces of glass and a scratch in the middle of the other piece. I couldn't see this damage previously. By this time the store was closed and a full weekend ahead so there was no one to even call to notify. I unfortunately cannot recommend them because of my experience.

Unfortunately still waiting on the window. I was called and they left a voicemail on Tuesday at 9:04 am saying they they couldn't find my window, and saying it would be 2 days which would be Thursday and now I'm being told to wait longer. This is bull! Should have went with another company I guess.

Nelson glass was so professional. I just moved to the area , they came out assessed my windows, had a quote for me the next day and it was well below other quotes I had been given. The job was seamless and done in about two weeks. There is nothing rude about this company, from office to the men that came out they were great. I highly recommend this company.
