  Really enjoyed working with their team. The quote was perfect, and Legend did an excellent job on the install (and preparing for the install). We had to push back our install date twice, and they accommodated us both times with no complaint! We're extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of the carpet in our house :)

  As an interior designer, I work closely with a variety of vendors to help me create amazing transformations for my clients. Legend Flooring is one of those vendors. I have worked with Wendy and Doug on multiple projects over the course of 2 years, and each experience has been wonderful- for both my clients and I. They bring decades worth of experience and product knowledge that have helped my clients and I make the best decision possible for their renovations. I know I can rely on them to listen to our needs and recommend the most appropriate product. I love working with their team. They’re all consistently helpful and happy to answer questions, and I know I have their support at all times.   We selected new carpeting for our two bedrooms and closets, at Legend Flooring, and worked with Wendy. She explained the various pads available, and carpeting, based on our needs. There were multiple choices, and after bringing a sample home, we made our choice. It wasn’t long after we ordered the carpet, that the carpet and pad were in, and ready to install. The installation went flawlessly! The two gentlemen who did the installation were great. Wendy stopped in to ensure everything looked good, and we were pleased, which we were.. Everyone at Legend Flooring was kind and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them. Becky & Norman

  If we could give Legend Flooring a 10/10 star rating we would! We originally worked with them about 8 years ago when they replaced the flooring in our entire house plus did a primary bath remodel. It was a no-brainer when deciding who’d come back to tile the tub/shower in our hall bath. Doug, Wendy, Benji, Marcelino and his crew are beyond professional, knowledgeable and professional at what they do. They managed our project from start to finish seamlessly. Delivered quotes, recommended other service providers we’d need for the job, assisted in the design process- always my favorite part, and showed up on-time if not early as promised! I’m convinced Marcelino & his crew are the best there are at tiling and taking their time to attend to the smallest of details. As a family with 4 small children even the time the crew took at the end of the day to tidy up was beyond appreciated. Everyone at Legend is so friendly we can’t wait to come up with another project!

  The product is fantastic and the installation was good. There were a few hiccups. I paid to have new toilets installed. The installers stated that they didn’t know how to install them. When I called and spoke with Mike he argued with me and told me I bought the wrong toilets. I had to pay to have a plumber install them and the plumber told me that they are universal and install like any toilet. The installers removed a door jam and a few days later it fell off when I called to inform Mike he told me that the installers didn’t remove it. I told him that I was there and saw them remove it. Mike then said that it must not have been installed right before they took it off. I told him that it stayed on for almost 50 years before they took it off. He told me that he would call the installers and get back to me. After several days of not hearing back, I was done dealing with Mike so I left a message for Doug and was called back by Mike.
