Spencer told me he did not think that was necessary at this time. I appreciated his honesty and that he didn't push things on me that I didn't need. He told me about the company's maintenance plan, but again he was not pushy.

When our outdoor ceiling fan stopped working after a power outage, they first sent an electrician to diagnose the issue and determine whether the existing fan could be repaired. We ultimately purchased a new one. We were very pleased with Calum Knudson’s installation. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, completing the work in less than an hour.

After I questioned him about work that was done at my house, what I initially thought was not done right, I found the culprit that caused the problem. I requested a bid but did not accept it, hire the company, sign an agreement, authorize work, or receive any services or materials. The company nevertheless issued invoices and referred the alleged balance to collections, where it was reported on my credit. I have disputed the account in full and requested proof of any authorization or work performed. As of this review, I have not received documentation establishing that I agreed to the charges. Anyone considering this business should keep detailed written records and carefully review any invoices or collection notices.
